Check in was very efficient for this RV resort. Staff were friendly I was offered fresh produce from their garden when we arrived. They even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies on Saturday. Great location - right behind Costco and close to Albertsons and Starbucks. The RV resort is right on the river. Beautiful views. I would strongly recommend that you get a river front RV site to take in the view. There is a fabulous walking/bike trail right in front of the campground. Very easy to access and runs about 16 miles. The washrooms and the laundry facilities were very clean and spacious. I was able to do a very large load of laundry for three dollars. The actual campsites were very generous width wise. Each RV site had a nice iron table with two chairs. This worked for us as there are only two people in our party. If you had four or even a family it wouldn’t work. No picnic tables. The roadway for driving and parking was a little tight. Lamp light posts were placed at the front of most of the RV sites and posed a bit of a challenge for backing into sites.. We found it difficult to get into our RV site due to the motor homes that had towable cars. Went to the park the cars, mini stuck out onto the roadway. Staff need to ensure that cars and trucks are a properly parked so that they don’t stick out onto the roadway. We did go to the city aquatic centre, played pickle ball and golfed in the area. We also took a two-hour jet boat ride up the river. I certainly wouldn’t recommend doing any longer than that. What shocked us was the poor air quality in Clarkston. I found it difficult to breathe after two days. We stayed for five nights and our truck and trailer were coated with pollution and dust. The smell from the industrial plant in Lewiston was extremely smelly depending on wind direction. While the RV resort was fine, it would not be a city that we...

This park has a great location. Weather you nose in with your motorhome or back in your trailer, you can get a spot overlooking the Snake River. Even though there are a lot of permanent residence, the park is kept tidy and clean. Lots of grass so lots of watering. Staff was very friendly, and the laundry/bathrooms were clean. WIFI was slow if you could get it. We used our Sprint phones for internet, and it worked well. The road around the park is paved as are sites with a concrete pad and small table with two chairs. There are some large trees throughout the park that could make it hard to get an open sky for your satellite dish. I do want caution big rig owners, if you are not comfortable in tight places, you need to be careful. Our 40ft motorhome was a tight fit in our site as well as the drive thru park. They allow 5th wheelers to park their big trucks partially in the street, at least 2ft into the lane making it hard to maneuver the drive and get into your spot. Also, if you stay in the sites along the driving range you will have people walking past your RV to cut thru the park from the multi-use path...

Great place right on the Snake River where the Clearwater River join into it. With our motorhome, we had a face-in looking right at the wide river so, every morning, we could open the front curtains and see the gorgeous, blue water. Lots of grass where we were so our dog had lots of spots to choose from without disturbing the neighbors. Never used the dog park. Check in was a breeze. VERY helpful staff. Oh, a couple of things that might be useful: There is a public walkway/bike path along the river so locking up your bikes, coolers, etc. is a good idea. Also, they water the lawns 6 days a week so the ground is soggy, and your furniture will get wet. WiFi was not that good. We ended up using our Verizon MiFi instead. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. We were not that close to the people next door and the sites were slanted so there was even more privacy and space. The inside sites were much closer. Walmart is 2 blocks away as is Albertsons and Costco. The drive up the Washington side of the Snake River is worth it. Spectacular views. River is nice enough to jump in. Swallow boat put-in has a good lagoon...

I ncredible rv park. Located on the shore of the Snake River at the confluence with the Clearwater River. Don’t let the location dissuade you; you would never know the WalMart and Costco are there. Riverfront sites are spectacular and well spaced for an in demand commodity. Paved lot with concrete pad in great shape. They provide you with a table and chairs. Laundry room has modern clean machines at a reasonable price. Bathrooms clean. Met such nice folks camping next to us. Maintenance folks onthe campground every day. Hookups worked well. Wifi was moody. Location close to all things Lewiston/Clarkson. Bike path from your site to town and down the Snake River. Gazebos for commiserating. We watched tugboats and barges, jet boats, and fishermen every day. Staff friendly and helpful. Walk to Roosters Restaurant on the waterfront path. The wineries in the area have fabulous unusual upscale wine for quite reasonable prices. My VISA is melting.
