Crumbl Clarkston does everything right — from presentation to service to that unmistakable smell of fresh cookies that hits you the second you open the door. The store is spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. You can tell they take pride in making each order perfect.

The cookie lineup changes weekly, which keeps things fun and addictive. On my visit, I tried the classic chocolate chip and one of their specialty flavors — both were incredible. The texture is exactly what you want: crisp on the edges, soft and gooey in the center, and packed with flavor. Each cookie feels indulgent but balanced, and the size makes them perfect for sharing (or not).

What really stands out here is the consistency. Every cookie looked like it came straight out of a photo shoot — evenly baked, decorated neatly, and boxed with care. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient even with a line, and the staff made sure everyone was helped quickly.

My wife placed an order through the app around 4:16 and listed a pickup time between 6 and 630. I arrived in that time to pick up the order, only to be told they just sold the last of the cheesecake (we ordered 2), and it would be about 1hr before they get more made. I argued that we ordered 2hrs before but all they could say is "we make them fresh". They offered to replace them with something else but the cheesecake was the only real reason we were there, so I chose a refund (which took around 20min and a call to the manager to complete). My wife then called today to talk to the manager who wasn't there and the employee said they didn't know when the manager is in. I don't know the whole conversation, but at some point, the employee condescending said, "Are you just trying to get your feelings out?" So now I have gift cards and I don't know what to do with them since this location is always selling out before we get off work and pre-order means...

The cookies were great, however the girl that gave us the cookies was talking about our order when we walked in. My boyfriend mistook the "note" section of order online as something that can be written on the box, not a note for the person making the order. She was talking to two others I assume who are friends and said "I don't know who this weird ass Jimmy kid is but he left a weird note."
