I like TacoTime and always have. I placed an online order with TacoTime’s website for a pick-up for my family. The employee Travis was scrambled through the process as they were busy, that was fine.
When Travis handed me the bag of food he didn’t know the name on the order to confirm that it was my order. He also didn’t include any of the pre-purchase condiments in the bag.
I asked Travis to go back and put the sauces in the bag. I mean who eats a Crisp Meat without Ranch or 1000’s Islands? He put the correct amount of 1000’s Island in the bag and then went to grab the ranches for the order. He saw the ranch bin was low and only had one capped container. He grabbed it and threw it in the bag. “You are all set to go” he said. I saw him hesitate while grabbing the ranch as he knew the order called for two ranches, but had only grabbed one. I kindly asked him to go grab the additional pre-paid ranch from the drive though fridge. He exhaled loudly then went and grabbed it.
I can live without an extra pre-paid .50 cent ranch, but it was for my wife, my kid, and my mother-in-law that they were for. While I still like TacoTime I’m just chalking this up as a busy hour to be there and a poor single visit experience with Travis. Valley people including me like their sauces. Please check the order before you hand over the bag to...
Read more7pm-ish Sat Oct 16th. Drive through: Order clerk seemed happy to be there and was professional. Younger kid giving you the food was also professional and seemed to be in a good mood. Ordered a Crisp Meat Burrito. When they are made to order. They are fire! They hit the spot after a long day and drive. Unfortunately I was given a "Limp" meat burrito, that had been sitting in a warmer or under a lamp for too long. I saw 3-4 employees and there was only one vehicle in line with me. So not busy at all. I also would have greatly appreciated the wait for fresh food. There continues to be a trend of poor management and quality issues in Happy Day corporation restaurants. I really miss the standards Happy Day used to have. I'm starting to just feel let down everytime I choose a Happy Day restaurant. Management and emploees are only as good as the standards they are trained and held to.
*I don't want anything other than Happy Day to step up and serve it's...
Read moreNot sure why the one in Lewiston is closed so early, but went to Clarkston and oh my, by no fault of the staff... I can't understand a single word the speaker person was saying. I made my order and pull up to the 1st window and ask the girl to verify what I ordered. Because of the mask - I can't understand her, she was pretty frustrated I'm sure. She shows me the screen and apparently I'm blind as well. Such a sweet girl, we figured it out and I went to the 2nd window. Was told to pull forward as there is a 6 minute wait for fish tacos. 6 minutes each!? I sat for about 10 minutes, really, and they bring me my order, I thanked the person for working and hoped they could keep up as the Lewiston facility was closed. She looked genuinely shocked. They forgot my whipped topping for my empanadas. Otherwise, service was good,...
