Arby's — Restaurant in Clarksville

Food was excellent. The only problem we encountered was sad. A homeless woman came in and ordered a large cup of coffee and paid in change. Before we left we discreetly gave her some money. As we were leaving we saw an employee go up to the homeless woman and ask her, " Did you order anything?" The homeless lady pointed to her coffee. The employee then said, " Well if you want to sit inside you have to order something." We were very upset. Walking out to our car we saw the homeless woman getting in line to order some food. I am glad my family is not as heartless and uncaring as this employee was. She was a customer because she ordered coffee and paid for it. There was manag.ent in the lobby, would not even talk to me. I had to walk by him to take my food back to the counter after the preparation of the French dip was not followed. We asked for the sandwich to be only toasted and the microwaved it anyway. The meat was not fresh, there were pieces of jalapeños in the meat on my sandwich. To be clear, I ordered a plain normal French dip toasted not microwaved. When I went back to the counter and asked them to remake it the employees were rather rude about it. I also watched as they prepared the sandwiches and was rather disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the handling of the food. Was appalled by the fact that the meat for said sandwiches was precut and stored in a warmer drawer......not fresh at...

Last night was my worst experience at ANY! fast food restaurant......I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich.......... what I got was completely different in its entirety from what's on the board......I mean I dont expect it to be exactly like the pic but some what close......it look like whoever made my sandwich used a tbsp to potion out the chicken on the bread....all you see is......1 tbsp of chicken salad in between 2 slices of bread ..... how disrespectful to the customer....yet the sandwich was worth around $5.49.
