I love a restaurant that you can order at while I get to go barefoot & this reminded me of Checker's/Rally's down in Florida but the food here is better (Just as great as the dine in Cook Out off from US 79 (Wilma Rudolph).).

Even better is it's not far from McGregor Park & Liberty Park. :-) How to find this place:

(SE of Clarksville)

I-24, exit 11 Stay on that road for possibly 15-20 minutes until you see a plaza on your left with a Taco Bell on the property & an auto dealership, Mc Donalds, & Arby's on your right. You want to get to that plaza on the left by entering either on US-41 Alt. Bypass or by entering on the left from 2nd Street (If you made a left at the light.).

Cook Out is the restaurant just west of Taco Bell in that plaza. (NE Clarksville)

Welcome to Tennessee. I-24, exit 4 & go SW onto US-79 (Wilma Rudolph). Stay on that road for probably 10-15 minutes until you come up to Kraft Street (Also US-79) and take that right. When the lane double, be in the right lane. At the light, go straight and enter the plaza on the right. Cook Out is located just west of Taco Bell on that lot.

If you made a right (west) onto 2nd Street by accident, get to the far left lane and you'll soon get to the left turning lane. If you had already crossed the bridge on 2nd street, then you'll need to make a U-turn and the plaza will be to your right (South). It'll be just before Taco Bell. :-) (NW Clarksville (Fort Campbell or Oak Grove, KY)),

From Kentucky, welcome to Tennessee & stay south on Alt-41 (Fort Campbell Blvd.) Fort Campbell turns into 2nd Street so stay on that road. Once you cross the bridge, you'll come up to a plaza on the right that also has Taco Bell on that lot. Get to that plaza and you'll come up to Cook Out just west of Taco Bell. (Woodlawn side of Tennessee)

Take US-79 (Dover road) westbound and stay in the right lane. That road will take you onto 2nd Street going eastbound. Stay on that road. When you cross the bridge, you'll find Cook Out to your right follow by Taco Bell right next to it in the plaza. Enter that plaza and it'll take you right...

Who is the General Manager of this location? Better yet who is the district manager? I’ve never been to a cookout until last night. From the driver thru speaker being okay experience you can tell the lack of menu knowledge. Overall lack of cleanliness employee outside with gloves on let’s hope he changed them. To being at the window paying receiving our drinks. For the young man at the windows to open the window and ask what did I want. I said my food. He said oh yea the tray. To getting the food trying to check to make sure I have everything. The same young man opened the window so aggressively to ask me what’s the problem?!?! WOW, cookout is this your standard of service? Being a former General manager in the restaurant industry. I was taken back by the level of rudeness and lack of hospitality being given out. The night shift needs adult supervision, training on customer service skills, and menu knowledge. How are these children allowed in the window serving customers? When they clearly need to still be in training? Does the General manager not care about his/her store’s...

Riverside Dr location is the worst place to eat ever! We have been several times in the later hours. If we work late and need food we stop here only cause nothing else is open. Never again! Tonight was it for me. Service is awful everytime! This is the second time even the manager was horribly rude. Food was not to order and soggy, most was not edible I got thrown out. I ordered a double cheese burger with everything but onions and got a sad excuse for patties and snot-like lettuce and pickle. We sat in the drive thru for a minute to check our order (no one waiting behind us) and the guy came to the window and with a rude tone asked if we needed some thing, we responded with no but just moments after he closed the window a women I'm assuming the manager came to the window asked us again then stood there and stared until we left. Do not eat here you will be disappointed and ripped off! $27 for bad attitudes and...

This was my first time at a cookout. I ordered a Jr tray with quesadilla, Cajun fries, onion ring, and coke float. Looking at the menu I was surprised with that it sounded like I was getting for the price. Portion were smaller than I expected but the sides were good. The quesadilla, plain cheese, is not something I will get again. The coke float is also a no from me. The amount of coke was laughable but I thought I would at least enjoy the ice cream with aspoon. NO! That "ice cream" that I expected to be vanilla flavor tasted like there was no flavor. Just somehow milk flavored. I will probably still try a chocolate shake in the future

Stopped by to grab dinner and for $9 I'm disappointed. Got a double burger with everything on it, a side of cheese bites and onion rings. Just a heads up, that meant 4 onion rings and 6 cheese bites. Had I known, I would have just gotten a double order of a side. My husband was happier with hai meal. The burgers were okay. The milkshakes were fine. We may try it again but we shall see.

Ordered a cajun chicken sandwich, it was raw in the center. This is past small mess ups and could really hurt someone. Tried to call the restaurant back to let them know so they can make sure they don't send more out like this. Only number is to headquarters which hangs up after a few seconds of ringing.
