Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clarksville

Was placing order online. The deal was a med specialty pizza for 13.99. Wanted the specialty philly pizza on a thin crust with only steak, Jalapeños, onions and Alfredo sauce which came up to $15.74 before tax. It came with steak, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, provolone cheese, and American cheese 13.99. Why is it if I took off 3 items am I being charge to sub Jalapeños he said it doesn't matter if you sub or not you're going to be charged for extra items. So I placed the order for the 15.74 before tax but what threw me over was when I called back after placing my order and asked what kind of base was on the pizza because it wouldn't let me specify and was told the America cheese. I said well I took it off because one i don't what it's going to taste like and two i was making sure it's not red sauce cause i can't do it so red but it wouldn't let me change it online. Can I get the Alfredo sauce instead of the American cheese. He going to say yeah you can but it's 19 blah blah it's all I heard. You tell me it's an additional charge for sauce on the pizza instead of the cheese sauce. He said yes I said i don't want it. That's crazy for sauce on my pizza that's not red nor American cheese. He said yes again. I said you can have it. I'm not paying 19 nothing for one pizza that started off at 13.99 to 19 whatever you did to make it jump another $4 from the $1.75 I was already being charged for. Naw I'm good. I'll go somewhere else to grab a bite to eat. He said ok and hung up. So I trotted my tail right down the street to Papa John's where I got 2 items a pizza with Alfredo, steak, onion and Jalapeños and a Philly Steak papadia for $18.94. I love there pizza the quality and price with there coupons or specials I'd awesome especially the taste and for that you would have 5 stars!!! But iv ordered 7 pizzas in the last 2 weeks with the 7.99 for large 3 topping, I order it online on the app only I can't get wha t I want I order a split pizza once side is pepperoni,onions and green peppers for my brother, my side I like ham pineapple and bacon only it says this store is out of ham so I can't get ham cause it's been out for 2 weeks!!! Only when I put in for a Hawaiian special witch cost more all of a sudden I can order ham so to try to get what I want I call the store to order tge 7.99 special when I'm told tha t this store don't offer that special even tho I ordered it in the app after immediately hanging up and I did so cause the alternative was a large 3 topping for 13.99 double the price so I see this as a catch to save money offer what sounds good make them want it and then make it impossible to order it with out without spending more money and I'm sorry but ham I mean I feel like this is the cheaper of the meats but I'm very upset that they have it set up to where I can't get what I want at the price that they come up with and offer don't offer the 7.99 if you can't honor or give the customer what they want and the woman to say on the phone she found an alternative for double the price????? I ordered a Pasta Primavera with no onions and with chicken, I received my order in time but it had onions in it. I called the store and they sent out another pasta but this time it didn't have chicken in it. I called again and this time they told me that my food did have chicken in it so my husband and I drove to the store to show them that it did not have chicken in it. The first women I spoke to was very nice and they offered to fix it again for me. Afterwards, the manager (Lacey no last name) perceeded to argue with me about which pasta I brought back to the store. I told her I threw the first pasta out when they sent the second pasta but she didn't believe me and insisted on being very confrontational towards my husband. She even tried to pull the race card. Lacey refused to fix the pasta that someone clearly messed up. I have never in my life delt with anyone so unprofessional and rude. She even threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave. We've ordered from this store a lot but they will never get our business ever again. I understand mistakes happen but to be treated as if I did something wrong is incomprehensible. Fort Campbell and Clarksville needs to know about Lacey. She refused to give her last name but she works at the Dominos near Fort Campbell gate 2.
