It was amazing! We ordered a good bit of food on 7-19-23 around 4:50pm. I was online Order #35, according to my receipt, I use a made up username for Google but my initials are AG. I came in with my partner. But I paid a good amount since we're a family of 5 with different taste profiles. I love that Jets has the option to have the wings well done and even extra, or I think up to 3x extra well done. Lucky if you even find a place that has 1 well done wings. I like well done so I can have my wings smothered in sauce and still have a crispy bite. The cashier had forgotten about our mild peppers for our Italian deli boat sandwich thing, it's like a calzone sort of, but was great, but anyways he had forgotten about the peppers so he had taken the time to heat up the peppers separately to put in the sandwich after so our lettuce wouldnt get wilted and he was honest about that and apologized for our food not actually being ready as the tracker said. I appreciate honesty and the extra effort. Ya'll got yourselves a great employee, I just wish I caught his name to specify him in this review. He even asked us to check our food before leaving to be sure we were satisfied with it, and he offered more mild sauce on my wings and it made it so much better. We could tell our food was made with care and love that night and we enjoyed it a lot. And they're amazingly generous with their toppings and sauces unlike most places. The ranch is also worth it too. I Figured out how to replicate it at home but I still find buying the extra ranch to be worth it. If I could, this would be an establishment that I would be proud and happy to work for. I prefer to work at places that have gone above and beyond for me as a customer and aren't stingey with their portions. Also I must say, yall are the first place we've had takeout from that hasn't given us food poisoning since March! So thank you for being a clean and safe establishment. I look forward to ordering...
Read moreStrike 3. Third time the order was wrong, in a row. Bad thing, pizza is great. After I called and spoke with the manager on strike 2, it just lets me know the preparer and quality check do nothing to verify accuracy. There are way too many pizza places close so we’ll be seeing if someone else can fulfill an order correctly. I’m sure my $50 will be appreciated by someone else. (If you offer sesame seeds and garlic butter on the crust DO IT, otherwise take it off as an option. )
Update: ordered 6/11 at 745. 8 corner, 4x sesame seeds and the other half garlic butter. Of course, as usual the crust engineer failed to do either, no sesame seeds and no garlic butter. It has now become a running joke here at home. All of the toppings, extra cheese and well doneness are spot on. I think that my name pops up and the person responsible just laughs and says watch this. This would be the 4th time in a row so it should be easy to figure out who fails to do their job.
The problem is…. Some of the best pizza I’ve had. Really sucks to continue rewarding poor management and training of staff. If it would help, I’ll bring sesame seeds and garlic butter for our order to your store, label it and use when I order.
This pizza tonight was as usual really good just incomplete.
order update! They got it all correct and it was better than ever!! Forget everything I’ve said, they corrected and most awesome!!
We have tried Way more than I usually would but I’m done. Settled for horrible service an app that is terrible and a rewards program they don’t honor. We have many points but the person taking the order just said. I can’t make it work either so. Sorry you can’t use the points.

Read moreI recently ordered delivery from Jets. It's the first time I've ever tried their pizza and it was absolutely delicious. It was delivered in less than the estimated time by a very friendly delivery driver. I asked his name but forgot it. It was Jason or Justin or Joshua something that started with a J. He told me he fixed the pizza himself and added a little extra of the cheese and garlic to the crust. It was so good and customer service was fantastic. Will probably be ordering again soon. I can't wait to try more things. Husband loved the wings.
UPDATE: I wrote this review just minutes before I placed my second order. Since I was getting ready to order again, it reminded me that I hadn't yet reviewed it from the first time. Alas, this time the service is TERRIBLE! I'm posting a screen snip of my order with time placed and time I checked again (bottom right) and is still in the "making" stage. It's now been over 2 HOURS!!! They didn't even bother to call me to tell me they were running late, so I called them. I was told one of the drivers was a no-show and that my food was "still in the warmer". I'll be back to right up the rest of this update when, and IF, my food ever shows up!
FINAL UPDATE: I had to call back again and this time was told their computers were down and that they couldn't deliver without printing the ticket. My order finally arrived after just slightly over 2 1/2 hours. I paid over $40 for room temperature wings and cold, dried up pizza. Yup... They sent out the same food that had been sitting all this time instead of remaking it fresh. I'd ask for a refund, but with this kind of service, the franchise owner is going to need that $40 a heck of a lot...
