Hot Pita — Restaurant in Clarksville

I use to love eating here. When they were in front of the courthouse I would order breakfast with no problem. Now that they moved to Madison St. I’m not so happy. I ordered breakfast yesterday after the time but I didn’t know they had certain time the nice lady took my order anyways (because I use to order breakfast at 11:00 with no problem.) When I called yesterday to place my order (and I even tipped more because it was after the time they NOW have)I was told that breakfast stopped at 10:30. I’m thinking I was doing good by calling at 10:10 only to be told their delivery person will not be in until 11:00, which I had no problem with but the guy proceeded to tell me that breakfast will be over by then so they can not take my order. Well they missed out on three orders. Guess I will be finding me a new breakfast location or bring it in with me. 😣...

The family and I had passed by this place several times while traversing downtown for one reason or another, but today, while on a lunch date alone with my husband we decided to give this place a try. We agreed that we both liked pitas and trying new things, so this place seemed like it had potential. A little on the pricey side, but completely worth it for a lunch date with no kids. I had a chicken fajita pita and the hubby had a spicy churriso (+avacado, +hummus), 2 bags of chips, 2 drinks. It was so tasty and just enough food that I could not entertain the idea of adding a dessert. I honestly can't wait to go back again and try something different on the menu, they have such a large selection. If you like subway you'll likely like this place too! I loved this place when it first open. Now I think they are trying to do too much too fast. I went in the other day and ordered a bowl. I asked for no mushroom due to a food allgery. I checked my order when I went out to the car and sure enough there was mushrooms. I was not mad it happens that is why I always check. When I went back in the owner asked what was wrong and I told him. He said there no there was not mushrooms in it. I said yes there is. He took the bowl and said there is only one in there. There was more then one. He then yelled at the cook about putting mushrooms in it. Like I said before I was not mad I know it happens. I just thought it was not right the way he argued with me.
