Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clarksville

The problem I have with this place is that they don't give me control over what is on my sandwich. Not only that, they don't give you control over what kind of bread you have other than two options or just no bread. I'm not saying their bread is bad... But the thing is I can go to Publix and get better quality, they make it exactly how I tell them to on the spot, and they give me multiple choices of bread. Honestly Publix has better sub sandwiches than all of the current sub sandwich places in Clarksville. Hats off to you if you like what these guys do. They're okay in my opinion. But not good enough for me to order from them again. Oh and one last thing. This is never happened to me when I ordered Publix and I literally order a public sandwich sometimes daily. As I was trying to finish this sub sandwich from Jimmy John's, all of the meat slid out of the bread when I was trying to finish the rest of the sandwich. So by the time I was done with the sandwich half of the meat is left because it kept sliding out of the bread so now I'm left with all of this wasted meat. Ordered food from here, after 50+ minutes of it not arriving I called and cancelled the order. The person on the phone accepted I cancelled the order and said he would call the driver. Around 4 minutes later after I had already made a different lunch due to Jimmy John’s taking nearly an hour for delivery and a set lunch schedule the driver dropped it off. I answered the door and said, ‘Hi sorry but this order was just cancelled and we don’t want it’. The driver said ‘well I already made/brought it so here’. Took the sandwich which didn’t get eaten due to already making another lunch AFTER cancelling this order that took almost exactly an hour to arrive. JJs receives tons of orders from our school every week, and I’m one of those frequent orders. Three weeks ago, I ordered my Friday lunch, and waited and waited, and went to the office to see if it had been delivered. The office lady told me they had just dropped out two meals at the time I requested, but neither was mine. By now, my lunch was past an hour over, so I called JJ and spoke with a manager named Luke who apologized and told me he would refund my money.., $14 for their new wrap, which was too high, but that’s another story, I chose to treat myself that day.
