Hot and never ready! I live 3 min away so it's convenient for me. Not one single time has it ever been hot and ready. I always order 1 pepperoni pizza. I just left from there and I just can't handle it anymore... I'm the sweetest most patient person. After I paid he told me they had no more pepperoni pizza... (as he looked at me like i was suppose to do something) I said ok? How long will it take? He said i dont know and asked the cook. He said 3 or 4 min. I said that was fine and he told me to pull around front and wait (as they do EVERYTIME I go there). So I'm waiting and waiting... as I watch the long line in the drive thru get shorter and shorter and as people come in the lobby left and right leaving with pizza. Finally about 25 min after I put my order in my blood is boiling and I go inside. He calls me up as the next person to take my order like he's never seen me before. I then proceed to ask why I've been sitting outside for 25 min for a single pepperoni pizza. Then he said with attitude because your cinimons weren't ready. I said again I only ordered a pepperoni pizza. He turns around grabs a pepperoni pizz... hands it to me and I left.
Whoever is running this place obviously doesn't care who they hire and how well customer service is. Also get more employees to cook to keep up with demand.... it would be nice to get a hot and ready and not a hot and 25 min later.
ALSO I saw 3 employees handling the pizzas with no gloves including the guy running the register. Pretty sure that's against health code... I'll call and ask.

Read moreI placed an order online at Little Ceasar's and paid with my credit card. I attempted to go through drive thru where girl was super rude and told me, "portal online orders have to come in and pick up their food, we don't wait on people in drive through with online orders." After witnessing her disgusting, rude attitude, I pulled around the building, parked my car and came in to pick up my order. I've never heard of not getting a paid online order through the drive through, which is absurd and stupid. Came in the store, where the same rude, nasty girl told me that I get my pizza from the portal section in the store and to "put in your code". Your code is apparently sent to you in an email and I had accidentally left my phone at home, which I RARELY do . I told the girl I had left my cell phone at home and asked is there any way she could look it up my code for me? She said, "Nope, we don't and can't do that." What? You're telling me you can't look up my code after I've already submitted and paid for my order. This place is horrible and not to mention, the pizza wasn't very good at all and the marinara sauce for our breadsticks was cold. I had to leave, drive back home to get my phone, and then come back with "my code". I will gladly pay a little more from Domino's or Papa John's for way better service and better...
Read moreI placed my order on line, tracked my order via the track your order link. I arrived to pick up my order. There were 2 employees at the counter, one writing something in a binder, and one counting money in the register. I'm a patient person typically so I waited. The one writing in the binder closed the book and walked off the one counting money walked out the door. Neither acknowledged I was even there? The one that left came back and started counting money in the register again? Still waiting I asked to pick up my food he said put your code in and the wall unit will open. I requested assistance to find the code, he just went back to counting pennies. I've been now waiting 15+ min. I again asked for assistance, he just said without the code you don't get your food. I asked where I should find the code? I had my receipt and the app both pulled up on my phone. He just shrugged his shoulders and again opened the register and started counting change again. My patients are over now. I got loud and got attitude with him yes I cussed, but I'm not apologizing. His lack of customer service by far is the worst ever. The guy that was writing came back asked me my name and I 2 seconds told me the code. Finally I was able to retrieve my order from the wall. Horrible...
