Update Oct 2018: So my main issue I listed below in 2017 ( continued failed online ordering and website trouble, & trouble finding a menu to make an order from ) ..Well, it has been fixed, and impressively so. The info is all there, it's incredibly user friendly going through the online ordering process, and the color scheme looks awesome in my opinion, lol. I'm increasing my rating since I think that's only fair. Kudos to them. My other thoughts remain below.

"I can't view the menu through the website or order online without trying different computers/browsers. Tried periodically throughout the last year and it's the same problem. It's frustrating when I want something other than Pizza Hut. I usually just order from somewhere else instead.
Update: Called to order (its 2017 why am I calling) and I asked the lady to tell me the sides and desserts since I can't view it online. She listed them off so fast, I couldn't understand a word she said. So whatever, I order an extra large pepperoni pizza. Picked it up, brought it back and it's the size of a typical large and ironically taste like Pizza Hut, lol.

Read moreMy wife and I have eaten at this specific Marco's on several occasions. It is one of the places we will miss whenever we decide to move. We've had very few experiences that I would even classify as "okay". Nearly every time the service is amazing, the food quality is amazing and the price is right. I believe the staff has good management that generally cares about this store and the quality. They always have deals through their app and online, the food is ready when they say it'll be ready and on occasion we've gotten delivery where we've found the delivery to be quick and easy. I would recommend carry out as the true value option, since they do charge a delivery fee on top of whatever tip you may want to give. Again, totally recommend this Marco's as they easily beat the other chain options available on price...

Totally understand distribution is rough right now during the pandemic, however when it states it’s available online and allows you to pay for it and when you go to pick it up then they tell you they don’t have it, that’s where I have a problem. What’s worse is instead of doing the obvious thing, the professional thing, of not charging the individual for the item they are not receiving, the consumer has to request their refund back multiple times prior to getting it refunded, due to individual running the cash register completing ignoring your request for such!
