Really disappointing experience. The outside of 1 of our tea cups were dirty, old lipstick (gross). Place is overrated. Afternoon tiered tea came out with 1 scone on the middle tier, for 4 people to share, no napkins, and no silverware to spread jam or butter?!? Bottom tier has 3 small sandwiches (1 cucumber, 1 palmetto cheese, 1 turkey) Top tier was the only thing that came out as advertised. Was told the afternoon tea service would serve 3-5 people prior to ordering. Don’t lie to future customers, tell people it only comfortably serves 2, and add another scone to the middle tier. No silverware or napkins provided until we asked, asked for cream or milk for tea, it never was brought out. Asked for water, it was never brought out. Charcuterie was laughable. Service was awful. It was not busy either. Had heard and read so many good reviews, only to be utterly let down. The tea was good; but $15.00 for 1 pot of bagged earl grey!?!? Don’t waste your money. I ordered entrees too and side plates, to help offset the experience for the 3 teens I brought to celebrate a birthday... Taste wise food was good, but overall the experience left us not wanting to return or recommend to others. Seriously, You could make most of this by going to Kroger, and save yourself the disappointment, and being forgotten by the server. Staff stood in the back talking with each other ignoring customers, peeking out occasionally. I have had afternoon tea services in London UK, and Boston MA, in authentic tea shops, that were much cheaper and better appointed. Don’t claim to model your shop after UK tea rooms, because what we experienced was insulting.

What a weird experience. I went in to get a to-go order, and while the servers were initially attentive, it seemed like they were training or something, cause they all kept huddling in the back and peeking out the doorway. They seemed very overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. I gave the order directly to the “chef,” and I was surprised when a server brought it out, set it down and walked away without saying anything. Part of it was missing, so I stood at the counter for a while waiting for someone to bring me the $4 side of fruit I ordered, only to find out after several minutes that the two tablespoons of fruit in with my sandwich was the “side of fruit.” Ok, a little overpriced, and it also had powdered sugar on it, which seems unnecessary for fruit, but whatever. I got back home and discovered that my “turkey club with bacon” was just two pieces of white bread with a Kraft single, some lettuce and some turkey. No bacon, as was advertised on the menu, no mayo, no tomatoes…definitely not a club sandwich. The fries served with it were super soggy. I threw it out and got food elsewhere. My husband’s shrimp and grits was ok, he said, if you didn’t eat the shrimp. I guess maybe you go here for tea and cocktails, not food?

Disappointed today. Normally my favorite tea house but today there was damage from the storm that affected the kitchen. The tea was luke warm at best, no eggs with the English breakfast, extra bread didn't come out until we were leaving that was ordered with the appetizer and it was well over an hour to get our food. The server apologized but I told her had I been informed about not being able to serve the tea hot and the wait time from the kitchen when I came in for my reservation I would have left and went somewhere else. It's better to tell someone up front and them leave than to have them be disappointed with their experience. I spent 80.00 on my tea party today and we both left extremely disappointed😞 it will be a long time before I return, if ever. Extremely sad about that as in the past I absolutely loved visiting this establishment. After wasting my money today though I don't feel as if my business is valued. Pinkies up cared more about getting my money than they did about my happiness with my tea party....As they definitely served me a full price bill for subpar tea and food.

TLDR: Rude, dishonest service. Staff will not admit mistakes or accommodate. Crappy ambiance only a low level influencer would enjoy.

I will start by critiquing the service. I was in a party of 6 including two babies. We had a reservation and arrived 20 minutes before our allotted time. My mother in law ran inside ahead of us because our babies had fallen asleep in the car and we wanted to see if they had enough high chairs or if we should unload our strollers before we unloaded our babies as they were asleep. The hostess confirmed our reservation and told my mother in law that we could take our time and "don't wake sleeping babies!" So we waited an extra 20 minutes before entering the establishment right around our reserved time. Once we entered, our table had already been given away to a different party with two children! The hostess blurted that she thought it was our party (even though she had seen our mother in law and knew she was in the party) and had given our table away despite being the one that told us to take our time and not wake the babies. No attempt to call us before seating the other group. Hostess said they would get the tables together right away, shooed us into the waiting area, and walked away before we could ask any questions. My daughter began to fuss because she was hungry and I noticed that none of the staff were trying to get tables together. So l asked if they even had two other high chairs and they said that they didn't, they only had one extra. So I guess they were expecting us to just sit there for an hour or so and wait for our original table and high chairs even though we had previously reserved it!! We informed the hostess that we would just leave and she rudely told us to have a nice day. No apology and no real attempt to accommodate us after their mistake.

As for the ambiance, the fluorescent lighting was jarring and the decor just looked cheap. It may look decent in some patron's doctored photos but in person, the atmosphere is just depressing and dingy. I'm honestly kind of glad it didn't work out because it didn't seem like the type of establishment that wanted to serve a proper tea service with a lovely ambiance. They were more focused on appearances but completely missed the mark. Everything gave a low effort cheap tea vibe. Nothing like the high teas or afternoon teas I have enjoyed in the UK. Only some low-level wannabe influencer would enjoy the cheesy dusty decor.

I cannot comment on the taste of the food since we did not end up getting a tea service, but based on looks, it was not...

Came here today for afternoon tea for my first visit and we had made a reservation so we weren't just walking in off the street. There were just 2 of us. The atmosphere is charming and there are lots of opportunities to take cute photos. Our mimosas were delicious.

Our server was relatively attentive at first but didn't live up to his nickname (which he brought up repeatedly) since he forgot to bring us our tea until after we had already finished eating and only after we asked for it. The tea both smelled and tasted unappealing and my tea cup was stained. He never remembered to bring silverware.

We ordered the afternoon tea tier and it was awful. The top tier had about a 1/2 shot glass size cup of parfait, a mini cheesecake about 2 inches in size, and a single, tiny tart not much bigger than a silver dollar. The second tier had two overcooked and stale scones with a tablespoon of jam. The scones were essentially flavorless. The bottom tier was the most disappointing with a single cucumber/cream cheese finger sandwich, a strawberry/cream cheese finger sandwich, both of which were on stale bread and between the two sandwiches barely amounted to even half of a standard slice of bread. There was a single chicken salad roll but we decided not to try it because it looked like it was several days old and had been sitting on the roll for a long time. We had to divide up the single sandwiches we were able to eat by cutting them with the wooden pick that was stuck into the top of them since we never got our silverware. The equaled one bite each. All together the tiny amount of food we were given probably equaled 4 single bites of food per person for the whole $30 tier.

For the price point I would have expected the top tier to have had one of each item for each of us. I would have expected the second tier to have at least 4 fresh pastries and maybe fruit added to it like some grapes or strawberries. The bottom tier should have had twice the number or maybe even three times as many sandwiches for what was charged and they should have been more than just a few slices of strawberry or cucumber on a thin layer of cream cheese. No clotted cream or butter for the cold, hard scones, but since we had no silverware we couldn't have used it anyways.

There was no Splenda, lemon or milk provided with the tea. Only honey and sugar.

I have seen some of the photographs other people have taken of their tiers and ours looked absolutely nothing like that. All in all I would...

So we came last year and it was great., Extremely memorable that we wanted to come back again and celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The set up was super cute and had a good flow to it. The food and service was also very good. All last time we came in.

I called made a reservation that we were a little late too but This time we came at a slower time and it was not the greatest. The food didn’t seem to be very good. When they brought out the kids serving platter it was the bare minimum of food, nothing compared to the last time we were there. They were out Macaroons, it seemed like they were trying to get by with putting hardly anything on the kids little tower. It also took quite a while for the cold tea that came with the kids tower to arrive after being out of multiple teas (3rd pick was a charm)

My husband and I both ordered drinks and his took a very long time 3 other tables had been waited on and in the process of being served and we had received all of our food which we ordered after drinks before he got his drink. And our daughters tea him her tea pot came shortly before my husband got his drink.

Our opinion of the charcuterie board was unimpressed this time around. Very small cup of fruit. A small serving of cheese which was mostly pepper jack i’m in a few small slices of bruschetta.

Everybody was still nice and friendly. It just wasn’t the same kind of atmosphere that we remembered from the previous visit that made it so memorable and enjoyable you may come back but we will be taking consideration this visit after spending $70 for the experience that we had.

Lastly, we were there for over an hour and a half with my daughter dressed in a princess dress and towards the end of our visit there apparently was a party coming in which we assumed was private because nobody asked us if we were staying for it and while we were walking around downtown Clarksville, after we left, we were told by two small business owners that there was a free princess party at pinkies up. There is nothing that I could find that we could’ve RSVPed to be a part of that party and at no point in time during our visit did anybody say anything...
