Wendy's — Restaurant in Clarksville

I refuse to be disrespected like this, will never be returning to this location. Every single employee in there looked absolutely miserable, but the person handing me my bag basically tossed the bag of food at me then slammed the window shut on me when I tried asking for some ghost pepper ranch that I’d already asked for. I proceeded to sit there and wait for someone to come back, 3 people glared at me extremely rudely basically just letting me know I was not welcome and to just leave and then would just walk off, then the guy finally came back and like rolled his eyes and didn’t say a word just had his little temper tantrum then slapped them in my hand. This is ridiculous, just give the food to the customer don’t involve them in your misery. And take better care of your employees, there’s obviously a reason they were all miserable. Horrible interaction, led to an awful experience. Oh yeah and the food sucked too so there’s that, but really...

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Came in with my mom and dad on Saturday for lunch and was highly disappointed by the immature or maybe even racist staff. Waited for about 20 minutes and was told twice someone would help us order at the counter soon. Well that didn’t happen and when we eventually left, the crew members started laughing loudly. No cars in the drive through or anyone dining in. As a franchise and someone in the franchise business who can very easily get ahold of corporate, this was distasteful to experience. I respect everyone no matter what color, culture, or any indifferences. I will be making a call to corporate, I have never experienced this at any food restaurant and know for a fact I would never allow this at one of...

This sir… is a Wendy’s and the best Wendy’s in the world is probab a 3 star experience. It’s not going to beat out Johnny Burger or Shelby Trio. But for a Wendy’s you could do worse than the Tiny Town location.

The grilled burgers are bland and the salads have recently changed for the worse. Wendy’s used to give you a more fresh chicken filet chopped up on the salad. Now it’s factory made chicken and is utterly tasteless. The only salad worth anything is the Taco salad because they give you a nice portion of chili for the top of it.

At the end of the day people will still go to Wendy’s for nostalgia but for the price point these days ($10-15) you could do way better at some of the sit down restaurants nearby like...
