Placed a mobile order due to having neuro spinal issues had my son go in and pick up order due to not being able to access curbside or drive through pick up option at this location. Well my order was wrong all of it besides the drinks, I sent my son back in with the receipt to let them know we didn’t get our 2nd side of fries or or the 2nd side to the other 6 fingers plate which was coleslaw, they sent my son back out he had to gather the food at this point I parked my car i walked in and requested to speak to the manager, I explained what all transpired and that I would like the entire order to be replaced due to now having to wait and our food get even further cold.
He took the bag of the food that was wrong into the kitchen with him Placed it beside the new trays and well…..I won’t be back to say the least.
I hope corporate finds out and this is dealt with as this is not only a health food violation (major) as the food that was given to my son, then placed in my car, then drove around the restaurant and then walked requested to be fixed then walked back in was placed on what is to be a sterile clean food prep area. I watched the whole thing transpire . If I was the health codes secret staff you would have been closed down.
I will be reporting this to our local food and safety department in regards to This expect a surprise visit from the health...
Read moreAwful was in town for Dr appt wanted lunch before long trip back to Nashville & someone was in handicap spot when i came out that wasnt there when i went in & did NOT HAVE HANDICAP TAG OR PLACARD which i have both & recently found out i have new serious health issues with my feet & legs that makes them hurt all the time & walking etc makes worse(peripheral artery disease & blood clots) i called from my car & the employee & manager both acted like oh well!! Its not the disabled job to police the parking lots & bring it to your attention & when we do something needs to be done ASAP it was lunch what if there were no other spots & i or someone else needed it?! The car was backed in also so the tag couldn't be seen so the driver knew they were wrong!! The food was not very good either the chicken strips small & 1 employee as i tried to speak to them walked away so very rude!!! I go to zaxbys alot in Nashville& always get the same 5 finger plate no zax sauce lightly toasted bread w/ extra piece 3 ranch extra slaw n large sweet tea. & hubby gets fried cobb salad with extra dressing but only 2 stores in 4 counties Davidson, Montgomery, Wilson & Rutherford can get the order correct! Read moreMy experience at this Zaxby's was awful, and horrible. There's a bunch of young highschool teenagers working at this location. Even the Manager look like a teenager very young and inexperienced, no customer service skills.I waited in line at the drive through for about 15 to 20 minutes with several cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker to place my order the cashier headphones started acting up and she couldn't hear me.I placed my order several times and said hello several times. When I pulled up to the window where you pick up your food. I tried to place my order. The cashier refused to take my order. I asked for the Manager he was very young, unprofessional, and inexperienced. I explained to him the situation. He told me that I would have to go back around and wait in line again to place my order or come inside.There was several cars already in line . I asked him for a discount for my inconvenience he refused to give me one.I went to another Zaxby's location to get my food.Its not my fault that there equipment was malfunctioning.I would like to thank Zaxbys corporate for the $10.00 gift certificate for my horrible experience.
