Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Clarksville

I would give a better rate, but NOT today. When ppl are given a discount b/c Krispy Kreme is Expensive! You wanna share that discount w/ friends and family. I got semi fresh donuts the other day w/ my coupon, and still have some left over that isn’t too bad(if you warm them a bit) went to get some today for my mama. We know fresh donuts when we see them.. and upon getting donuts for $12 for a dozen 1 donut a day deal, my mama would’ve thought they’d be fresh since I sent her a coupon and she likes fresh donuts. I bought her the donuts back today, and her surprise they looked dry and old. She says.. I’m like no, they might be fresh. She looked at them and bit into one. It was COLD AND OLD. She just gave them things to my kids and said have fun eating them. She threw them in the trash and walked off shaking her head. I even asked the girl at the window how long before they get old, she replied w/ a day and a slight chuckle laugh🙄😒 I ignored her and asked how long was these out for. She said since this morning.. my mom not a liar.. but I’ll second guess this place before coming back again or sending deals. Thanks a lot NOT so fresh Krispy Kreme. I guess you give fresh donuts to whoever you want...

The employees needs a customer service lesson! I have never ordered Krispy Kreme and today driving by the light was on so I decided to stop. I went through the drive through and asked for a dozen and she said which kinds I said can I have 1 of everything except the cream filled but Ill take a custard one. When I got to the window the one bringing over the box of donuts to the employee at the window was giving me dirty looks talking about how I was ordering. Like I said I had never been there and I didnt even take long. I kept a smile on my face thanked the gal at the window told her to have a great day and left. When I opened the box not even a block away my donuts were cold and I only had 3 kinds of doughnuts in there no plain ones either there was only chocolate, chocolate custard, and blueberry I had asked her at the order line if I could get one of each since I had never been there. I will never go again. I wanted a fresh doughnut and a variety like on the display. That is what I paid for. The girl was rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers if that is how she is going to act. She had no gloves on and was scratching her...

Donuts are pretty good, but, they skimp on the chocolate frosting, there is about the least amount of frosting on the donut you can have and still call it a Chocolate Frosted. I took a picture but can't figure out how to display it here. The price is way to high as well. The drive thru takes forever possibly because the young gal does not have a good command of the English language or her hearing is off.... The "Hot Now" light is rarely on. Back in Grapevine, Texas it was a way better experience. If you went into the store, they gave you a hot glazed donut right off the line while you were waiting. I asked for a free one for my long drive thru wait and the gal said there was no way she could give me a free one. Really? Take 30 minutes of my day to get overpriced donuts and not one gratis? How does the shop in Texas give out so many free? Methinks they are banking on the name and not the customer...
