McDonald's — Restaurant in Clearwater

Out of the hundreds of times I’ve eaten at McDonald’s I’ve never experienced something so bad to feel the need to write a review for any place. I had came out of work went to the closest McDonald’s to get lunch I ordered a chicken breast and a cheeseburger through the drive through. Instantly they were rude with my order somewhat mocking me in the process I went to pay and got looks and smiles cracked at me when waiting for my food In the front of the line mind u it was only me in the drive through at the time. They had me wait over 25 minutes as cars kept getting their food and passing me while occasionally workers would come look at me and hurry back with a smile on their face I don’t know what kind of game they were playing but I was embarrassed finally I had enough and pulled into the Parking lot when I entered the store I had eyes pointed at me with smiles I asked for my food and explained the wait they told me it’s been really busy when again I was the only person in the drive through when I ordered then I’m giving my food and go to my car to eat where the food was completely cold which mean they lied and held up my food as well my cheeseburger looked like it had been thrown on the floor and stepped on while only having the meat and cheese nothing else which is included. Personally feeling to embarrassed to walk back in I threw my food out. And went home! The staff here will use you as a joke in any situation ruin your food make you wait while messing up your order!! Never coming back here again if I could rate zero stars I would. And if I was their boss they’d all be fired! I want some kind of...

Absolutely love this establishment, everything from the very clean dinning and great smelling restroom to the nice convenience of availability of parking spaces in very close vicinity. The hostesses were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, so much so that we got great suggestions that exquisitely complimented our dish selection. Personally my food was very scrumptious and satisfying. Super great selection of healthy options particularly for the vegan or plant based family. The preparation time was ironically very feasible given the size of our family and our hostess provided us with sufficient refills and appetizers so needless to say we were royally catered to as awaited it our main course. This was a very humbling and appreciative experience because it allowed for the individuals who are ardent about the service they provide on a daily basis to so many different cultures to stand out by acknowledging the importance of their sacrifices that shows that they go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver the best customer service experience possible. These individuals deserve the best praise and accolades because they define their worth by raising the value they bring to customers by treating every customer concern with the same enthusiasm, attention and thorough care as if it’s their personal concern. I went to this location at 6am and made a large order knowing i would have to wait a while to get my food. At most Mcdonalds i would have to wait 20+ min even if they werent busy. I pulled up to the 3rd window and put my car in park just in time for the employee to bring me this super organized large bag with ALL my food in it!!! I mean i waited MAYBE 5 min for my order and the only thing they forgot to grab was my hashbrown. However to be fair they put that in a seperate bag so it wouldnt get destroyed by the other food in the bag and i am thankful for that. So the manager Diane came to the window to see what i needed and she was super nice and very pleasant to speak with and got my other bag right away! So i am just writing this super long review to say Thank You so much for having a staff that is very nice and organized and fast at the same time! I honestly go out of my way to come to this specific Mcdonalds because the other 2 that are way closer to me have always either been rude or super slow or dirty AND super sloooow. I have even found a paper clip in my sons cheeseburger in his happy meal once AT Another Location. However if i want my order right THE FIRST TIME then i go to THIS location!!!
