If I could leave, no stars, I certainly would. I went into this particular target into the electronic/tech department. I was approached by a very heavy set representative named Jack. I told him what I was looking for help TV sound bar. I told him I did not want to spend much money. He continued to show me the most expensive sound that they had in stock. Clearly, he was interested in his t’es rather than truly helping the customer. I asked him why he continued to point me to the more expensive sandbar when clearly there were several that were a third of the price of the units he was showing me. He claimed they did not have the sound bars I was interested in. I told him I was not interested in spending over $225 for a sound bar. He then was incredibly rude to me and tried to shove me off to one of his associates. I asked one of his other associates if they had a particular sound bar, I was interested in stock… His answer was yes of course we do. I was highly disappointed by Jack. I was informed that people that work in the tech department are not target employees and they work on a commission basis. Everything started to add up. I was highly disappointed as this is my closest and local target. I love the store, but because of Jack, I will never return. Shame on you, Jack.! Read moreI just have to share this experience with not necessarily the location that I went to but target as a corporation. If I could have given less than zero stars I would have definitely given -5.I am soo upset and disappointed in the lack of commitment to their loyal customers. So I have been coming to target for months since I’ve moved to this area it’s the closest store to my home and I registered at one of their checkouts with my phone number to get the Target points. I was under the impression that I could just put in my phone number to use my points but was told about a week ago that I would have to download the app in order to use the points and unfortunately due to some harassment I had just changed my number. In that moment of course I wasn’t thinking about target points, so I went to target to see if they would be able to help me recover my points given that I had accumulated about 40 something dollars worth of points with them. Which I was told basically that I was out of luck and that there was nothing that they could do for me to help me get my points back. So in other words you can spend all of this money with them but when you need help to actually access the points that you have earned by spending your hard earned money with their corporation there’s nothing that they can do for you. Read moreWill NEVER shop here again. I was racially profiled by a wanna-be cop named Conner who does security here. I was accused of stealing a bike that I came in the store with. A paid for my groceries in the self check out line & was helped by a customer service young lady at the register & as I was walking out I thanked her again for her help. As I made it to the exit door she was told by this racist prick Conner to stop me. I came back in & asked did she believe I stole the bike & Conner started asking me "Where did you get the bike from?" I replied it was none of his business since I clearly entered the store with it I owed him no explanation. He continued to ask me what store I purchased it from, etc. Again, none of his business! Nothing about me said I stole the bike other than my skin color & I can guarantee you that no white customers are ever treated in such a manner. The girl scanned my bike & informed Conner I was telling the truth, the bike was not from Target. After violating me he did not even apologize, just walked away. I would not have even been questioned if I wasn't a person of color which is shameful. He assumed I stole it & rudely grilled me like I was a criminal.
