Horrrrrrible customer service. I am a doordasher and I walked in to pick up an order. There were 4 people behind the counter and when I walked in they were mostly all doing something. However, once they were done with things they were doing not a SINGLE ONE greeted or asked what I was there for. One girl brought three bags over to the place where delivery orders are picked up. Never said anything to me. I checked those bags but it was all one person and not the one I was there for. A few minutes go by and still nothing. The same girl comes over to bring one more bag. Again. Never saying anything to me or asking who I was there for. She places the bag on the counter away from me and walks off. Another girl with reddish frizzy hair finally asked what I'm waiting for. I give her the name and she goes well. They're right there and just points to the bags. The one the girl had just placed down was the order I was waiting for but as a doordasher if somebody is clearly waiting they usually call it out or check before displacing the order down and walking off. Read moreThis would normally be a 5 star review this location is usually great even when they mess up my order they fix it an apologise except for today. I normally place my order online an always show up before it's suppose to be ready an 50/50 it's ready or almost done but today I ordered 2 frapps an 2 sandwiches neither was ready when I got there I waited 25 min for my drinks while people walked in ordered an got there food an drinks before me after I got my drinks I asked about the food ( the girl " oh they must still be working on it " ) ok I wait another 10 min it's been 30 in total so far so I get up an ask the girl making food I ordered my sandwich 30 min ago where are they the guy next to her says " they were made already are you sure they are not down there ? Me "Yes sir I looked when I came in " him " someone must of grabbed them an we are out now go ahead give her a refund " ) so I get no option of another food on top of I'm starving at this point so I'd say I'm pretty hangry at this point with them an would of loved something in return besides my money back for wasting my time especially when I spend almost 100 or more every month at...
Read moreI really wish I could enjoy the coffee that I order from this Starbucks location but 3/4 of the time I order from here, even if the sticker on my cup perfectly reflects exactly what I ordered, it comes out completely wrong. For instance, I order the exact same drink every time I go to any Starbucks location and it comes out with no problems or anything missing but when I order the same drink from this location, either they give me the wrong drink or forget to put anything besides ice and a little cold brew coffee.
I completely understand that mistakes happen from time to time due to the fast paced nature of the job but when the vast majority of the time I order from here and my order is messed up, it makes me really wonder the reason behind it. The reoccurring and constant pattern of these mistakes makes it nearly impossible to enjoy anything I get from this specific location.
The manager and some of the employees are really welcoming and legitimately great people, but when I can’t even enjoy anything I order due to these constant mistakes, it makes me not want to go there anymore and feels as if they don’t want me to be...
