The blue lemonade is delicious. The size could be bigger for $5, but flavor was on point for the drink. The birria is juicy, and generous with the meat portions. I was expecting it to be a little spicier, as my experience with birria is that it is quite spicy, but was not disappointed when it was not burning my mouth with spice. The consumé was delicious, just had to add cilantro to it from the tacos. As you can see from the photo there was more than enough for both just on the tacos. Love cilantro! Staff: Maybe you could add it to it directly before serving? The taco shells (yes I know they are supposed to be served with the consumé on them) were quite soggy and already falling apart before I could dip them in the cup, and they could have used some fresh cheese. The grilled cheese on the taco was not what I was expecting. I opted for no raw onion on either dish, and I'm happy I chose that. I feel like it would have overpowered what flavor was there. The birria ramen was also great, the ramen noodles were a little thicker than normal ramen packets so that was a nice surprise. I was pleased to find chopsticks in the bag also! Overall, I gave it 5/5 stars bc the portions, taste and service I received for my take out order. I have had birria from so many different "authentic" places and this is in my top 10, I would say what's holding you back from top 5 is the flavor seemed kind of muted.. it was definitely good, but it was missing something.. probably the spicy factor? Again - definitely was not disappointed at all and will definitely be back soon to try the other birria dishes! Great job to the customer service as well! Note: I bought two birria based entrees, and a lemonade which is why it cost me (one person) $34+tip. I would assume if you only buy one entre and a drink you'd spend maybe $22+tip. Both entres were more than enough to have some leftover for...

I really wanted to like this place and Iâm going to give them some grace because they just recently opened, but this was simply just not good.
-Food was luke warm -Meat was dry and tough -Nothing was seasoned properly (the chips werenât even salted. HOW?) -Prices were steep -Service was slow -Chips were stale to the point I wondered if they had been sitting out for multiple days (Iâm one of those weirdos that likes stale chips but even these were ridiculous. And it was a Friday night. Those chips should be fresh)
All of this could be excused with the growing pains of opening a new restaurant, but some things felt inexcusable.
It would be easier to excuse if the price wasnât as high as it is.
$20 for 3 tacos is just ridiculous. If they want to charge premium prices thatâs fine but they need to deliver on a premium product. Salting food properly is the bare minimum.
My friend got the chips and dip sampler and four tacos and it was $50 before tip⊠he didnât even get a drink. At a quick service style restaurant that price is outrageous, then to wait for 20minutes and finally get food that is cold, stale, and missing flavor feels like a slap in the face when I can roll up to the gas station right down the road and get a higher quality taco with handmade tortillas from the back of some dudeâs pickup truck for $2.50 that burns the roof of my mouth itâs so fresh off the grill.
I know this is a harsh review, and I will GLADLY give this place another shot in a couple of months because I want them to succeed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have a great concept but things need to change quickly. Iâll happily take this review down when I try them again and things improve. Until then.. Talkin...
Read moreIt was okay, i am not from here and wanted to see what the hype was all about. Everyone i spoke to recommended it for mexican food. I guess a majority of them never had actual REAL authentic mexican food.đ€Šââïž
It gave the tex mex vibes
Was dark, at first thought it was closed but online said opened til 2am (it was like 9pm), found out it is just the way it is inside
The food was way too expensive for the quality and the taste.
3 tacos for $15.99 is NOT worth the hype.
The birria was alright
The carne asada tacos lacked seasoning for sure and the same with the steak burrito, not sure who made them but def season the steak in the future.
The burrito was lacking flavor with the unseasoned meat and it just ruined the taste all together, plus since the rice is dry and burnt it made the burrito not edible.
The rice was hard and burnt.
The chips were okay, but the taki cheese dip was nasty đ€ź
Ran out of Horchata? How-isn't this a mexican restaurant?
$76.00+ dollars on this food!!! Def NOT worth it, save your money-go to a real mexican restaurant where they will season their meat.
At this point, i should have requested a refund, but since my hotel is in downtown Dunedin...i will NOT be back and NOT...
