Very disappointed with this establishment. To start off the food is over priced which would be fine if the quality and quantity were sufficient. Quality is good I will be honest in my review. I’ve been there three times first time was great, pricey but food was good. Second time so so. Third time I ordered two meals upgraded fries to tater tots which they charge three dollars per order to upgrade, no problem I agree which now brings my two meals to $38 dollars for full order boneless wings and a Cuban sandwich again pricey but the food is fresh but than I get home and the six dollars I paid to upgrade from French fries, which come with the meal, to tater tots is pathetic to say the least. If your going to charge extra for something at least give the equivalent amount of that item to what it’s replacing. The boneless wings were less than the last time I ordered them as well. I feel like they hooked it up the first days to get you there than gave 2/3 the amount if not less my 2 other visits. Price not worth the quantity!! The photo attached is the order they gave me. When I ordered it the previous time the fries that they gave me filled that container, now I pay three dollars extra for an upgrade and don’t even line the whole bottom, bad business. Be consistent with the quantity of food. Save your money find...
Read moreI do not recommend this place. I'll cut to the chase: low quality food with an even lower quality of flavoring. I ordered buffalo chicken wings, hamburger and fries, and a classic Gyro with coleslaw. The hamburger tasted as if it were not real meat, reminiscence of those box patties purchased from Walmarts freezer section. I ordered the burger with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup, Mayo, mustard, and was told I will have to apply the ketchup, Mayo, and mustard myself with little packets. I don't know about you but when I pay $10 for a cheeseburger in a drive thru, I dont expect to apply the toppings in my car myself. The chicken wings were slimy and coated in the mildest, most generic, basic, buffalo sauce with a hint of pepper. The wings were coated in a sauce that tastes mildly hot but then fades into blandness as if the seasoning was never applied at all. Coleslaw was flavorless chopped cabbage and carrots.
The only dish that contained flavor was the gyro but it was not the famous salty taziki flavor one is used to. The gyro tasted like fried fish.
Now, I'll admit, I could have encountered the place on a bad day so given the benefit of the doubt, I will have to try...
Read moreEdit: Three years ago, I left a very positive 5-star review. Unfortunately, I now need to update that, as the quality of this business has changed. The last three times I’ve ordered, the food has been disappointing. Most recently, the wings were so bad I had to throw them away—and I always order the same thing.
While I appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru, there’s also an issue with packaging. Hot food sealed in a box creates steam that ruins the texture. I’ve even had to start opening the container immediately before driving off just to vent it.
Sadly, the consistency and quality just aren’t what they used to be.
