Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Cleburne

Our location here in Cleburne, TX. has a store that has been opened for a little over a month. I have had the pleasure of ordering from them a few times now. Let me tell you, the food is amazing! The price is par for the area. The customer service is out of this world! I am very impressed with my experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for something new! There wings are very good! I've tried both the bone in and the bone out. I prefer the bone out, they were moist and really had a good flavor! Had the teriyaki, garlic parmesan, and buffalo. Now for the sweets! I've had their "Sandy's Amazing Chocolate Chunk" cookies. OMG! The flavor and texture are incredible! You get nice, big chunks of chocolate throughout the cookie, the sweetness between the chocolate and the sugars mixes perfectly IMO! I LOVED THEM! I look forward to being a customer for many years to come! I can't wait to try the remainder of the menu items!

I used to get the best cheese sticks here, the big fat ones with lots of cheese inside. So I orderd them today and a couple behind me was about to get there food, so I went to the counter and ask the cook, ( because the cashier was gone), where are my cheese sticks. She had 2 on a plate with sandwiches? I said I ordered them 10 minutes ago. so she gave me one and it had been cooked so long that ALL THE CHEESE was all over them . I took a bite and 3 of them had no cheese at all, inside. So I asked for another one and then saw the cheese fries and said get that instead and she looked at me. I said do you even speak English she said no.They brought me another cheese sticks with NO cheese in the middle over cooked them again. I said really, and I wanted a cheese fries instead so finally they brought me one. Don't recommend going here if you don't speak Spanish. I'm done with...

The food is great like always, but the service this time was absolutely awful.

Went in after making an online order. Was ignored in the beginning, even after trying to get someone's attention. After a few minutes, she starts saying yes with a smile, but she was looking at a coworker not me, so I didn't think anything of it. She then snaps at me and says yes in a really huffy tone, making me realize she was talking to me.

I apologize and say that I'm there to pick up an order. She just sighs, rolls her eyes and says in a really snappy tone "Okay". I then give her my name and she says "Okay" in the same tone, but a bit louder. She then finishes packing it and drops it on the counter before rolling her eyes and talking to her friend in Spanish and laughing really loudly. I just took my food and left....
