Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clementon

They’re okay... I live really close so I’ll go a couple times a month. I’ve never had a great experience but it’s not terrible either. I’ve gone in the morning and afternoon but Hot or cold coffee always seems to tastes old and they tend to add to much sugar, probably to mask the old coffee taste. The food also seems old for some reason, no matter what time I go they never serve a steaming hot fresh breakfast sandwich, it’s always just Luke warm just like the hash browns. The service is just okay. The employees in there are extremely slow and most of the time when you pull up they don’t even remember which order was yours even if their was only two cars in front of you. I’m used to Dunkin’ s wait time being 4-5 minutes tops, this one always seems to take a minimum of 10 minutes even for something as simple as two cups of coffee. I would never go there before work because they would probably make you late. Overall, they do their job but it’s not done with much love. I’d like to see them focus on having better energy and fresher food. The location is great but 3 stars is about all...

The white male with long hair and glasses is just the rudest person. Not only did he let someone cut infront of me and my son but i acknowledged that he did that and he said “was i suppose to say something” and i said yes! Because we was there first. I don’t care if she was just getting a donut. That is not how it works. Second my sister , niece and son was just in there today (sept 25) around 520-550pm and he had the audacity to roll his eyes and scuffs at my niece because she asked “what kind of strawberry donuts do you have?” Like that’s not your job sir. I absolutely love the females that work there but him and him alone makes me not go there any more. I went every Friday and got my family stuff in the morning because that is our tradition and now i no longer do it. My sister got me coffee from there today and he intentionally ruined our coffees. My sister ask for pumpkin spice iced coffee with cream and he put one cream and one pumpkin spice. When is it every one unless...

Honestly not a great DD store. One of the worst parts is their height clearance sign. The food is okay when they get it right and one of the female staff members come off as hostile/annoyed. One being what appears to be a manager.

ANYONE WHO DRIVES LARGER VEHICLES READ THIS: Their height clearance says 9'0" however the driveway dips down a few inches when you pull out of the drive through window. If your vehicle is anything more than 8'5" do not attempt. Multiple vehicles have been damaged here and the staff will deter any attempt at communicating with you which includes the manager. Several co-workers have had this issue and the manager 90% refuses to cooperate with obtaining or giving your contact info or the owner's. They are aware of the issue but refuse to address it. The owner will attempt to get money out of your pocket for "damages" until you point out the height...
