Arby's — Restaurant in Clemmons

Just left after having to wait in the drive through for a solid 7 mins and then another 8 at the window waiting on the lady working the drive thru to hand us our food. The only words spoken to us were "$6.87" which was how much are meal was and then we were ignored the rest of the time while she took orders for the line backed up behind us. When we got our food and we asked for ranch our food was taken back in and slammed on the counter and we were lectured on how "ranch is included in the sauces" and "if we wanted ranch we should have said so when she asked us if we wanted any sauces". All of this is being SCREAMED at us all while she is shaking our food around in the bag. Nicely updated restaurant needs to work on customer service next. I stopped in for a Jamoca shake and after waiting for staff to work on drive through for an inordinate amount of time (given that two other staff were working drive through), I was told that the shake machine was down. It wasn’t so much the disappointment of not getting a shake, as it was the attitude that came with the declaration. I would call it snarky & sarcastic, given the 94 degree temperature outside. I settled for a nugget kids combo for a snack. Nuggets were reasonably fresh and the curly fries were somewhat stale. There was only one other party in the dining area and only one more came in while I was there. I saw at least three non-cooking staff working. Service clearly could have been better. We all had different sandwiches. I enjoyed mine, the turkey club but it was thrown together with brown lettuce. My mama ordered the chicken cordon blue came without cheese and ham and the chicken was hard as a rock, not fit for eating also thrown together with brown lettuce and my friend ordered a simple roast beef sandwich and the bread was stale and hard. I never expected this from Arby’s. I suggested Arby’s and was highly embarrassed as the food wasn’t edible.
