Came tonight with my family for the 1st time at the new location. Very excited to eat here. Love the Winston location. I will not be back again. At 1st, my 2 year old who I was holding was being a little rambunctious, I will admit. He grabbed their tip jar and I grabbed it from him to place back. As I went to say sorry, the look the workers were giving each other were appalling. Also, the whispering while looking at him with disgust was a nice touch also. He’s 2. Maybe don’t use a huge glass jar. Also, the food. So messy, literally thrown together. Soggy. To make it better, mine was not even done right. Depending on the time of day it can be hard to get in out of the parking lot due to the traffic. I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by cheerful and friendly employees. I ordered a little hamburger, small fries and a soft drink. Before I could get a tray of peanuts and fill up the drink cup, my food was ready for me to pickup at the counter. We recently dined here. We ordered the tiny cheeseburger, a tiny bacon cheeseburger, one small order of fries, and 2 regular sodas. This came to $34 and change. When I looked at the ticket when we sat down the tiny cheeseburger was rang up as a regular cheeseburger. We received a regular cheeseburger. As I ate the last bite of my bacon cheeseburger I realized there was no bacon on the burger. But… the food was awesome. I will discount these mistakes as new restaurant jitters.
