I have never had an experience so horrible and humiliating that I write a review. I placed online order at 6:23 pm and at 6:43 pm I used the online tracker. Tracker said that order was delivered. I gave it a few minutes (15 to be exact) and was told that the tracker was wrong and the order was still out for delivery. Not wanting to make a nuisance of myself, I waited another 50 minutes before calling back, only to be told that the order was delivered! The delivery driver got on the phone and told me that he 100% handed my order to me at the door (even though I gave instructions for contactless delivery). When asked what I look like, he only said, "A woman." I asked to speak with a manager, and after being placed on hold for 5 minutes, someone else got on the phone and asked what I wanted. I told her a refund, to which she replied that only a manager could do that! So again, I asked for a manager. The delivery guy got back on the phone and stated that he was a manager, and the only thing that he could do is to refund my order and place me on a do not deliver list! Like this is my fault!! He then proceeded to tell me that I confirmed the description that he gave of me--which was only that I am a woman. When confronted with this, he then stated that I have short hair. Ha! My hair hangs to my waist. He then offered to drive back to my home to prove that he came to my door. It has been over an hour. I saw a Domino's car drive by, so I called the store to verify if it was him. They placed me on hold to call him, returning to the line to only state that he should be pulling up soon. I waited 10 minutes and called the store back. They advised me that they can only tell me that he is "in the vicinity." I am still waiting 25 minutes later. I do not care that he delivered to the wrong address, I am sure that it happens. I am bothered and quite frankly humiliated and offended that this complete stranger is calling me a liar and refusing me future service, because he will not admit that he made a mistake. Read moreI ordered delivery through another app, but to be considerate and efficient I made sure to schedule this delivery. Most often when I’ve scheduled deliveries through other stores I have the frustration that the food is usually far too early, dominos however wanted to ensure this was not an issue. My food was scheduled to arrive between 8-8:30, at 8:31 I received an automated call informing me my food had been sent. I watched as the driver turned a 5 minutes drive into a 20 minute journey. Upon watching the blonde headed girl who was my delivery driver pull into my complex, and after watching her space out several times in front of my door and then struggle to travel down the stairs I could only assume they were either half asleep or high. The pizza was cold and hard to no surprise, so I filled a report with the delivery company and they essentially said “too bad so sad”. My take is, don’t order delivery from here. Between the ridiculous wait for the driver and the fact they had hours to prepare this order and it was still almost THIRTY minutes late with the added fact the do not care in the slightest. Also no compensation was given for their awful service from them or the delivery company. Read moreOrdered online, like usual. Half the time the food is good the other half it is terrible. Sometimes it takes 30-1 hour sometimes its 5 minutes. However my last order from dominoes was by far the worst. If you give a driver a 20 don't expect change. My last delivery driver made no effort to give me change whatsoever and basically ripped me off about 7 dollars. Don't get me wrong I'm usually one to tip ill give about half of what they give back to me maybe even all the change if i see the driver having a bad day. I think a good driver deserves a tip if he's made the delivery and gives you change. I have an issue when the driver just assumes he's getting a tip or like in my situation, takes your money. I'll admit I've had some bad pizza order with dominoes, but i love dominoes enough to believe the next pizza will be a better one, which is why i continued to order.
