I never write reviews good or bad. And this is gonna be a long read. It started when I placed a DoorDash order. After receiving multiple updates on my DoorDash order. I received a message from my dasher saying an unauthorized individual had already picked up my order before the dasher had arrived. So basically it was stolen. I then called East Coast wings, and spoke to who he presented himself as the general manager, Caleb. He was so easy to get along with and understood my concerns with care. He told me verbatim he was sorry and he knows how frustrating that can be and to make up for it to call the following day and he would give me my order completely for free. He told me he would arrive at 11 AM but he wouldn’t come in until 1130 AM because he had to run some errands for the restaurant. But he told me as long as I had the name on the DoorDash and the order confirmation he would make it completely for free. Well the next day I called East Coast wings, and asked to speak with Caleb. When Caleb got on the phone, you would think it was a completely different person from the night before. His demeanor, tone, and attitude changed negatively. He was passive aggressive, dismissive, and belittling. The tone in which he spoke to me in would make an outsider think I was making this up. He basically told me he had to talk to HIS boss even though he told me the night before he was the general manager and it would be fine for him to make it for free. He told me I should try placing another order on DoorDash because there was no way he can help me. After trying to defend myself he finally told me he could only give me $25 off and that when I arrive, I need to present my order and my ID. I hang up and I walk inside and I tell the host I’m picking up an order for my name she hands me my bag of food and tells me to have a good day. She did not ask for my ID or my order confirmation. Confirming that whoever picked up my DoorDash order the night before did not...
Read moreI’ve been here twice now with two complete experiences. First time was during the week at lunch. Find it weird the only way to get buffalo wings is to order virgin wings and then them them medium or hot. Not a dealbreaker though. Some of our group likes their wings some didn’t. One person said the macaroni and cheese with steak tasted like trash. I did not try it. The corn appetizer was pretty good. The tator tot appetizer was ok but kind of greasy. The service was actually great. The waitress was quick and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall not great but not bad and at this point would go again.
The second time was dinner during the week. Our waitress was more interested in the single guy and the other couple at the bar. Both of them got her entire life story about where she and her parents were going on vacation to Mexico and what her sister was doing. It had been over 30 minutes after we ordered and not once did she go in the kitchen to see if any food was ready. 45 minutes after we order she checked the kitchen. Brings out our food and it’s cold. Not only is it cooked the virgin medium were just virgin and no sauce. There was hair someone else’s wings that the guy attempted to say was string from the corn. Might have believed then had I not just had the corn and the hair not been a long black strand. We have now been here over and hour and someone wanted dessert. The waitress finally comes back and the cookie skillet is ordered. When it finally comes out the cookie is completely raw. As soon as you use the spoon to pick it up and turned into soup. So gross. I had already paid otherwise I would have not paid for it. It was completely inedible. We spent 90 minutes on a weeknight when the place barely had any people. Other groups waited just as long and longer. It was a mess from...

Piss on this place….
I’ve been here two times at different times during the day. Service sucked both times. If I could give a zero for service I would. Both the times I went my bill was wrong. Server or I’d like to say (college bro that sucked) just stacked all the checks and gave them to me as if I was the table accountant. He didn’t ask us if we wanted ranch or celery but only one bill was charged for ranch. I asked him about it and he said “technically I’m supposed to charge everyone for ranch”. I didn’t know that you had to have a low IQ to work at this place. That was the second time I went.
The first time I ate at this place my wife waited 30 minutes to get more water, after she had already asked 3 times. Our waitress that night walked up all dumb like and asked “ready to order” then walked away without saying anything.
If you made it this far then you are a review trooper.
As an avid wing connoisseur, I was excited about this place. I will never go here again unless someone puts a gun to my head and forces me to. Don’t waste your time here, you will only have an expensive bill and a pissed off attitude. Just go to the Esso Club and get their wings. They are 10 times better, cheaper, with...
