Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clemson

Busy night on Sunday when me and my 2 friends went through the drive through, we all three had mobile orders of one item each. When we got to the speaker we were told only 2 orders per vehicle so I decided to get out and just get my mobile order (which I had already paid for) inside. When I got inside the person at the front desk told me I can’t get my mobile order there and that I’d have to go back through the line twice(about 13 cars). I tried to beg her to just let me get it here and afford to wait for it even inside. She then responded in a hostile way and I asked to speak to someone else. The second woman came up to me and told me that their lobby was closed and I had to go back through the line to get my order… I decided to cancel my order and get in my friends car as they drive back to our apartment. Needless to say this taco bell is a bunch of college student who don’t really care. It won’t ever change as the only people they can get to work there are entitled...

Came through here at 9pm on a Monday night came through the drive thru and it was busy so I wasn't the only or last person in their drive through my order was very simple. To start with I ordered a crunch wrap supreme the girl literally sighed like that was a inconvenience for her. She isn't even the one making it and they don't close until 12am! I don't know what her problem was but it for sure effected the food I started eating the crunch wrap there was about 1 tablespoon of meat on there. I had ordered no tomatoes on my chalupa and there was extra tomatos on that. The worst part was I was writing a 5 star review on this taco bell as we're waiting for the food to be made because every other time we come here it is fantastic and the guy that normally runs the window is super polite and seems to genuinely care about your taco bell expierence. Not sure what happened this time but we may try again in a few weeks hopefully the right people...

I am a Dasher. Yesterday one of the employees told me to sign something or else she would not give me my order. I informed her I do not work for TacoBell I work for DoorDash and am not comfortable giving out my signature and needed to deliver the food. She then tried to take the food away from me out of my hands. When I asked for the manager because of her behavior she ignored me. When I walked away she then threatened me saying “you wont get orders from us anymore” I then called DoorDash support who also confirmed she was completely out of line. She then continued to ignore me as I offered her my phone to confirm this with DoorDash support. I have been dashing since 2020 and have NEVER had to deal with this level of hostility and rudeness EVER in all this time. I am completely blown away at the fact this woman is allowed in any hospitality job. DoorDash will very likely be taking action against this location. If you are a...
