We got the Cup-N-Char Pepperoni with Extra Mozzarella and it was fantastic! The crust and pepperoni were perfectly crispy and we loved the THICK layer of cheese. I'm actually looking forward to going back. If you’re tired of overpriced and unsatisfying fast-food pizza, this is definitely the spot to try something better. The ingredients are super fresh and all cooked to order. Our wait time was only about 10 minutes and we enjoyed looking around the nearby shops. The atmosphere at Montrose Street Market is always chill, with plenty of space to eat indoors or outside. The pizza was more than enough to split between two people and was very filling. Thanks Pinsa Fire!

After seeing many Facebook posts about this local place, it was time to give it a shot. Well, the hype is real. We ordered the 9 inch Fig & Prosciutto pizza and the Pepperoni one. Both were delicious and piping hot, feshly made. Seating can be an issue at the Market in general as there are few tables, and it was really busy on a Friday nite, but we managed to find 2 spots at the counter right in front of Pinsa. It's a little pricey for the size, not going to lie, but it's a "specialty" pizza, and you can tell the ingredients are of good quality. We will visit again, for sure, to try other flavors! Well done, guys.

Whoever was on schedule 7/27 at night was not friendly at all. I was inconveniencing her to be here at 8:40 pm. And the pizza was god awful. And left her rude self $3 tip. Spent $18 on the smallest pizza. The size of a normal man’s hand and it is unbelievably salty. Why is pizza salty? I loveee coming to Montrose but this is a spot I will not come back to and will remind my friends not to bother with. Terrible food and service to say the least. And maybe melt the cheese next time for others. Shame. And wish I could get a refund and give my money to those who would enjoy to serve me.

My wife and I stopped by here tonight and tried the Margherita pizza which was the best pizza I have had in Florida and likely one of the best three I have had in my life.

You can tell an artist when they do not require fancy extras to hide the fundamentals. As you would expect, the toppings were simply basil, mozzarella, and tomatoes, BUT they were EXACTLY how you would want them. Large chunks of fresh mozzarella. Thick slices of delicious tomatoes. Generous fresh basil that tasted like basil and not some dried paper. All on top of a perfectly cooked crust.

If you appreciate real pizza (not just some dough to hold a crazy mismatch of deli meats and cheap cheese) you must try this place. This is a truly...

This was a excellent experience, great service and not being a vegan I found that the vegetarian pizza was Awesome and we will be going back to this establishment again. The atmosphere of the redesigned location in downtown Clermont with multipal eateries was amazing and as long as I have lived in Clermont I never knew that this building had a basement which serves as a quaint bar. The entire design was impressive and a great change for downtown Clermont. And the music wasn't to loud which allows patrons to talk without having to talk loud over the background music. Keep up the great work and I hope that all the eateries in this building have great success and longevity in the Clermont...

What is wrong with the lady working here? Not once did she greet me. 25 minutes pass, I go up to the counter, she doesn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Once she finally decides to say something, she asks me “what can I do for you?” With the nasties attitude. I say .. um I’m waiting on my pizza, she goes “which one” like what? No one was there what do you mean “which one” I tell her what I ordered, she rudely tells me I will receive a text once it’s ready. What type of service is this? And to have an attitude while clients are supporting your small business? Ridiculous will literally never come back and will ensure my friends and family who come here often don’t support this business...
