West Beach Park — Attraction in Clermont

It's nice park with "weird" people around. I don't wanna be judgmental of people but I'm very careful when I'm with my kids in park. I'm watching surroundings areas like eagle (call me little paranoid and you are right 🤷‍♀️) there is always someone I feel weird about. Like man sleeping on the table (I know, he can be just tired from work), kids who looks like they should be in school, weirdly moving people...... All that is happening around the restroom. Not directly on the playground. The playground is always clean and have fun stuff...

Some of the playground equipment really needs to be updated. It needs new mulch and be better maintained in general. There's a lot of trash in the area as well. Also, I wouldn't recommend taking your kids to play in the late morning throughout the afternoon. The playground is in direct sunlight starting pretty early in the morning. This area could be really nice if it was better...

A little Hidden Gem. A small fenced in playground area with nearly new equipment. Restrooms nearby. Parking lot is immediately adjacent. There's a beach area to Lake Minneola although it is rather small. You could also launch kayaks or canoes here, no motorized boats. It is adjacent to to the trail so you can also take a walk or...
