Best breakfast burrito in town!
This was my second time visiting Clermont Café, and I’m officially hooked. I came the other day craving a good breakfast burrito after being let down by different places, especially the one I had at First Watch (didn’t even finish it). I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Burrito, and wow—it completely blew me away. It was exactly what I’d been searching for: big, heavy, packed with flavor, and made with quality ingredients. It wasn’t dry; the little salsa inside tied it together perfectly. Hands down, the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in town.
Today, I decided to try the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Burrito. I called just minutes after breakfast ended, but they were kind enough to still make it for me to pick up. It was ready in 10 minutes—you can’t beat that.
The prices are more than fair for the portion and quality, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. After just two visits, I’m excited to become a regular. It’s places like this that make supporting local feel easy. Looking forward to trying more of the menu, especially after hearing all the great things people in town have to say.
Don't sleep on this place if you’re craving an authentic breakfast burrito...
Read moreI debated on whether or not to leave this review because I’m quite torn. I never want to harm a small business. The food is SUPERB!! The waitress/owner however ruins it for me. Today was the second time I’ve been in, thinking perhaps the first time was just her having a bad day. I even read other reviews to make sure I’m not crazy and as it turns out, it’s not just me who has this perception. It is so unfortunate because again the food is delicious but I can’t bring myself to put my dollars into this small business. My hope is that the owners read this and understand there is a perception that IS hurting their business. I noticed she seems to be friendly to older folks. But she definitely looks down on people, is condescending, passive aggressive and seemingly can’t be bothered to acknowledge me even when I say “thank you” each and every time she brings something to my table. I agree with what someone else commented below - if the cook is her husband what a...
Read moreUpdated: Disappointed. I went with my wife and son for Sunday breakfast. 15 minutes we waited after sitting for any acknowledgment that we were there. The couple that came in right before us and the couple that came in after us were greeted and orders taken and still nothing. We decided to leave and the owner followed us out to take the order of the outside table that came after us and still said NOTHING to us as we walked away. This is NOT good customer service. Perhaps they should hire someone to help. . . Always a good experience when we come here! (Especially good breakfasts). The most recent time was for lunch sums there was a small issue with my Cuban being a little cold in the center. I asked for it to be warmed a little, but they made me a whole new one piping hot and it was DELICIOUS! Brandi and Marc were very gracious in resolving the hiccup and as usual I recieved great food and...
