The Downtown Exchange — Local services in Clermont

I am a current vendor here at the exchange and have been a vendor for about 3 months, but have been a patron for a long time! So, I have experience with both the tenant side and customer side.. All has been amazing!! The landlords here at the exchange are amazing, respectful, honest and easy to deal with. It really bothers me for someone to get on this platform and post lies when things are not going the way that they want it to go.. While reading the negative post about the exchange remember that this does not account for the other vendors in the exchange only the disgruntled one!! Im taking down one star because I am starting to see a pattern in how the owner of this location treats his vendors, the amount of people that have rented spaces here & leave due to how unprofessional & rude the owner is outstanding. He acts like a child. On another note, it really shocked me to see the fake review left by im guessing none other than the owner about Suz-Berry. I have been going everyday for about a week just to get some strawberries from her & have been met with nothing but the upmost respect, kindness & amazing product. She even went out of the way to get another type of fruit so my mother could try her product as my mom has dietary restrictions. THAT is how you run a business!! Going the extra mile. I could not recommend her more, it’s a shame to see a grown man try to tear down a small business....

I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times the floor was ridiculously sticky —The whole place feels like it’s coated in sugar, and by the time you leave, the bottoms of your shoes are a mess. What’s even more confusing is there’s a cleaning person stationed right across the street at the Montrose building… so why is this place always such a mess?

On top of that, there’s duct tape on the ceiling — which doesn’t exactly scream clean or well-maintained. During my visit, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom — I actually had to go ask a vendor for paper towels. It’s a cute idea, but the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance really overshadows the whole experience.
