Arby's — Restaurant in Cleveland

I had the most bad experience today at arbys when I was handed my soda it spilled on me and my car and then the order was not even for me so when I told the people I got the order for what happen they said to take it back because they probably did something to the order. It happen at Cleveland Ga Arby's and even the manager said that if I don't calm down I was going to have a heart attack. That's how upset I was. The manager name was Alex and I asked for the money back because of everything that happen and he said no because of covid. I have spent a lot of money at Arby's in the past and I won't be going back to Arby's ever again in Jesus name. At least the one in Cleveland Ga. I told the guy manager I was calling the Police then he said he was then as I tried to leave he came out the front door and said he was taking a picture of my license plate. So here I am back at my job crying and all upset over this whole ordeal that happen at Arby's. Wow thank the Lord I did not order something for myself just my coworkers. What a not so nice trip to Arby's. Plus I was praying in the holy spirit when the guy told me I was going to have a heart attack. That just goes to show that people are very ignorant when it comes to the word of God. But at least I have Jesus as my witness. They even made sure that they did not give me a receipt so I could prove this...

Dine in: The fries were soft and old. They seemed like they were sitting there for hours. The potato cakes were burnt. The roast beef wasn't even hot and it was falling apart as I tried to take a bite. The customer service gets two thumbs down. No one was acting like they even wanted to be there. The mozzarella sticks we're old and chewy also. This is a brand new store in Cleveland and they stink! They can't even make sure the food is hot and fresh, which is what I asked for. Disgusting.....

Drive thru: Went back for a second time on 05/07/19. Another disappointment. I asked for fresh fries and potato cakes. They were soft, chewy and they were not made fresh. Fresh means dropped in the grease at the time of the order. I guess the employees don't understand that...

I couldn't tell you the atmosphere because the lobby is always closed. If I absolutely have to stop by Arby's I make sure I order anything but the roast beef because it's never enough meat. There may be one slice. I've thought about bringing my own scales just to get a proper sandwich. I have also seen something from someone who works in there saying that the burgers were from the night before and were still being served. So that well done burger everyone wants is probably one from the day before. They changed the drink sizes so you don't even get a large anymore. And there is almost always just one person there. And for the quantity and quality of the food, the price is too much.What has happened to...
