Worst service both at the store and customer service. First I placed an order online. When I arrived I was told an item was unavailable but I was offered an alternative item, which I accepted. Then when I got to the pickup window, the person was clearly overwhelmed/under the influence and asked 2 times to confirm my order. Then he asked me to pull up. After 10 minutes and 5 people behind us being served, he came out and confirmed my order AGAIN. Then after 5 more minutes he came out with part of my order told me I’d have to reach out to online customer support for a refund on the missing items. When I said that the person on the speaker offered me a replacement for those items, he just ignored me and went back inside. So service at the store should get zero stars. Next I tried to communicate this issue to the online “support”. Over the course of a week I received a few messages often with different addresses but the same email signature and some with different signatures and the same address. The responses were canned (fake apathy followed by a $5 offer). I argued the value of the items that weren’t provided closer to $8. Which went unanswered. Finally I got a response in a different tone (from the same address but with the same signature) stating that the items were part of an offer so they didn’t qualify for full price. I responded that if I were to go to a different store and purchased the same items today, I’d pay the full price and since this was a discount off a future BK order, that it could only be used to purchase my missing items anyhow. This was ignored and the “ticket” was closed. Now I can’t dispute it because the online system says it’s closed and I cannot follow up. So 0 stars for online support.
Please BK, drug test your employees. Customer service involves service, how would you feel if you didn’t get part of your order (knowingly) and then told you need to speak to someone else to resolve the issue. Also, please hire support personnel that can read and understand English rather than services that outsource to a group of people that take no accountability or responsibility. We had to repeat are order and was asked if we had a whopper and we said NO and when I goty food I saw fries and had ordered onion rings. My dad went in the store they did not replace the food they threw onions rings in the bag now I was sitting here with chicken nuggets fries a nasty whopper jr and my onion rings that were not very hot. I had ordered jalapeño poppers and onion rings. I never got my food and they refused to give me the correct food or even take a look in the bag because it wasn't my order. The guy in front of us they also messed up his order. They aren't paying attention they are doing whatever they want seems like there's management and the girl in the window had absolutely NO manners and acted like she had never worked a second of bk in her life and was by herself not even looking at the food just handing random bags...

No manager should ever treat customers the way I was treated today. And I will be escalating to corporate. Never have I had a screaming match with anyone in public and that was the case after I was refused service at the window, because she felt rushed. Upon going inside to place my order I was met with more aggressive behavior which Obviously escalated into yelling back in forth I eventually left because it wasn’t Going anywhere positive. She was dismissed, and nasty and called me ghetto. I honestly see why that place is short staffed, I’d never work under a manager I believe she stated her name as Kathy.
