I gave this location 1 star. Drive thru is extremely slow. They used to park you and bring your food out to you but not anymore. They never give you napkins, utensils to eat with, straws, and you’re lucky if you get sauces. This particular night, the location closes at 10pm. I placed a mobile order. Arrived at the drive thru at 9:50pm and was told by the recording and the employee they were closed. I was told I could drive to the window for a refund. To my surprise there was another car at the window getting food, but remember they are closed. Google even shows 10pm and so do their window signs. I get they want to go hoe and probably tired, but if you close the restaurant early without permission from your DM shouldn’t they get into trouble? I called the location while behind the car waiting for food from the closed location and she told me my food was being made and the girl in drive thru was new and didn’t know any better. “ Didn’t know any better “ ? Isn’t that something used to describe a young child oh toddler age - maybe 6 or 7 years old. The district manager called me and ask me what happened he was so apologetic and had informed me that the manager that night had called him and spoke with him about what happened. I was shocked because I never saw her talk to him or anything and most management repermen in front of everyone that is so disrespectful. but she did not do that!! so I'm very thankful in the way she handles things behind doors. but by surprise the district manager called me again to let me know what had happened and three all this is why i would give them another chance ......and that is why I changed it from one star to 5!!!! great job to the managers at this location they actually handle things the right way.
I went to get something to eat for supper tonight. I have been visiting this and other captain D's for years. but after this visit I will no longer visit any Captain D's. after having to repeat my order 4times and then having to go in to get sauces and being screamed at by a young man that was so rude with his manager right beside him not saying a word to him they have lost my business I have took the survey and hope this NEVER...

We get home after waiting forever in the drive-through line and we had no crab cakes or shrimp or hush puppies and there were not even enough pieces of fish for the meal. We paid $38. I call back to the store and was told I couldn't have my money back but to come by some day when it was convenient to get those items that were missing. And I'm thinking what is the point of that because I have to spend gas to go out there again and then I don't have enough food for a meal in that. I just want you to give me my money back for the items I didn't get. Which is equivalent to about 10 to $12 I was told I couldn't have my money back and the manager themselves Would not come to the phone to speak to me.
