I'll be back, but I'm not sure I can convince my wife. She ordered on the app, where they have an option for pick up or delivery. These are the only two options! She chose pickup.
She gets there and goes through the drive through window. A girl at the window says "your food isn't ready yet. You'll have to come in." Then she shuts the window before my wife could ask any questions.
She isn't really dressed to go inside, so she decides to try again. She parks and waits 10 minutes, then goes back up to the window. This time a man answered. He says she didn't order drive-through pickup. She'll have to come in. She says there is no option for drive-through pickup on the app. He reluctantly grabs her food and says "next time you'll have to come inside."
First, what is the big deal? That place isn't huge. Just grab the food and hand it through the window.
Second, I'm fine with there being 3 options, but there aren't. To get it through the window, do we have to call it in? Is there no option in the app. Just communicate on how to order, and complying to the rules is easy. We just need to know how to work the system, which shouldn't be...
Read moreI come here quite a bit, especially during the day and the afternoons. And the food is amazing during days and afternoons. But sadly to say I came this evening and it was not up to expectation. The steak was overcooked and the rice was way overcooked very disappointed and the Employees were standing around with management. Talking and laughing manager is John Mckenzie. Who is on the shift this evening And I would love to say on day shift. He's an amazing guy but on night shift it seems like a whole different story I would recommend going there in days from open to 2 because if it wasn't for this evening. They would have 5 out of 5 stars. It truly upsets me to make this announcement. I love cava amily and I wish I could have day shift here every single time. I walk in those doors. Read moreThis was our first time going to cava and our experience was not great. We pull through the drive through because we received a notification saying our order is ready. When we got there they said they needed 10 more minutes, okay no big deal. When we received our order basically everything was wrong. I ordered a grain bowl with half chicken and half roasted veggies, eggplant dip, fire roasted corn, fiery broccoli, crumbled feta, pita crisps, a side of Skhug and a side of garlic dressing. I received a bowl with rice, like 5 pieces of chicken “roasted veggies” (it’s was just the cauliflower, no carrots or Brussels), dip, corn, NO BROCCOLI, NO CRUMBLED FETA, NO SKHUG AND NO GARLIC DRESSING.
