If I could give a negative 100 score I would. Lets start with a purchase of Bose Soundbar and Sub. Over 1300 dollars. Get it home and it kills the wifi in home. A known issue with Bose. Called store and said sure bring it back. Took back next day. Said would send check in 14 days. At 14 day never received a check called and said oh its on its way, give it a few more days. Day 16 check arrives but made out to wrong person..... Contacted store again and was told oh just take it to the bank and tell them its ok. Well I sure am not into forgery or possible prosecution for attempted forgery. Took the check back to store where they "Called" corp headquarters and told the store manager they didnt send check with wrong name. Check was laying in front of manager. They even said take back to bank and him them cash it. I said no I want my money as this now day 21. Left store with copies of check and signed document from store manager said would be contacted that day. By 6:47 that evening no call. Called the store and asked for manager.... Oh she is gone to lunch. Ok fine took name and number said would call in a hour. No call still at 8:00 . Called back and guess who answered and said oh I was just fixing to call you. Ive still not heard nothing from corp. It will be tomorrow. I hung up now on to contact BBB and some others. Stay away from this place. Now going on 22 days without over 1300 dollars. Funny they took it that day but cant get it back. Please if you need anything drive to Chattanooga or anywhere but here.
EDIT for 5-5-2018. After 24 days I have a check with MY name on it. But in the process they changed my address to something else. On the other check my name was wrong but address was right. Seems that they need some proper error checking skills along with a revamp of their refund system. I will edit one more time once the money is cleared into my account. Again stay away from this place. Sure they treat you good when TAKING your MONEY. See what happens when you try to return something.

   Read moreUpdate on Demichel Williams review you may want to fact check the delivery teams response to the issue I was present throughout this entire process and also at store when management received email response to the issue, according to delivery team, they had no service to make call 30 mins ahead of time, regardless of the reason why there was no call made, as far as customer service goes, they should have not had an issue waiting but thats not the problem here the biggest issue we had with this whole situation was them saying they WOULD wait on us to arrive, again I was present during the call so I'm letting you know what was said Demichel told him we were about 20 mins away and asked if they could wait again I was able to hear the response which was yes THEY WOULD WAIT FOR US TO GET THERE!! So of course we rush back home... if they couldn't wait due to policy, which mind you had already been broken because no call was made 30 mins prior to arrival, they should have just told us they have to leave and we could have made other arrangements to get merchandise we ALREADY PAID FOR later on and not wasted half of our day dealing with this!! I was told that an appointment was unnecessary. The salesperson assured me that not only would he be there, but there would be two installers present. When I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday morning the salesperson was not there as he had stated. I was told that he was at another installation location, and would return later. I left my vehicle keys and instructions with another associate. I called four hours later to check on the progress; there was none. I was told that the original installer may not be back today, and the other installer said he wasn't going to do another installation today. I was told I could either leave my vehicle over night or come pick it up. I chose to pick it up. I explained my dissatisfaction to the manager on duty, and I stated that as a previous customer I would likely not return. He made no offer to retain my business or attempt to remedy the situation. I must say that this is very poor business practices by this specific store. From sales staff to management there are deficiencies that must be addressed. It cost me time and money for my customer experience with this store's staff with no gratification, and I still have no new car stereo system.
