Rude employees. I was checking out with a large 4ft x 3ft mirror, a 4 ft plant, a 2 ft plant, a picture frame, a 3ft vase, and a heavy pineapple decoration. The employee ringing me up, Kaylie, put the 2 smaller things in small bags but wanted me to carry out the rest of my things without a bag. I asked for a bag to put my purchases in. She said she didnāt have one for me. I look to my right at the other register and another customer had their purchases put in a large bag so I asked if I could have a large bag. She again said they donāt have large bags. I then pointed at the large bag and asked if I could have one. She said no. I then asked another employee if I could please have a large bag so I could carry my things out. She rudely gave me one for one of my big items and then mumbled something under her mask to the first employee and they giggled while giving me mean looks. When she gave me the big bag, the first employee Kaylie, took out all my other things that are breakable items and put them down in the big bag with one of my large items. I said I didnāt want them to break and she said that they were plastic and they wouldnāt break. The vase and mirror are not plastic. So I had to put my stuff back in the bags myself bc she wouldnāt do it. I still had to carry my large mirror by hand with all my other things that would have fit in a bag too. I called to speak to the manager about how her employee was being very rude about a bag when I just spent close to $100. She said she was there and was the one that gave me the bag and that Kaylie was just doing her job. She was rude and condescending. She didnāt want to give me her name at first. I asked 3 times and the manager said her name was Alandra. I called corporate to report this and they were helpful. I will never step foot in that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCould not find an article of clothing to suit my needs, not a big deal or unexpected. However, I carry a tote style bag as a purse. It is 100% transparent. (I carry a large bag to avoid using plastic environment destroying bags as much as possible.) You can see everything in my bag from the outside. As I was leaving, the cashier kept looking at my bag then my face, back a forth. I was confused for a moment knowing it could clearly be seen that I only had my wallet and keys in the bag. Nonetheless I took the opportunity to offer my bag for her to look at. She actually 'opened' my bag and saw the same items she could see from the outside. She then gestured with her hand that I could leave. Not a single word. Then was so kind and verbal with the person behind me. I will point out that I have a large tattoo on my arm. A multiple award willing work of art. I had never been treated like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy post for Ross here in Cleveland Tennessee would have been five stars... but the counter people there this weekend dropped it by three stars š”. I would have only given one star, to be honest but I really did enjoy the selections they had. So, here's the way to 5 šs... When a customer is making a purchase be more careful with placing their merchandise in their bags and how you handle them. NEVER put "unboxed" tennis shoes on a $50 shirt, fedora and sunglasses. Even more so, DON'T crumple the fedora (hat), and shirt more when you check customer's bags due to store system malfunction. This really making me want to take back my two...
