I can only speak about my experience that happened to me ((twice)) while going into this establishment. Yesterday i went to pick my order a fellow was standing in front of me to get his and they helped him pretty quickly. When he finished I stood at the counter a very very long time without any helping me, they were just a little busy and I understand all that but the manager was really free to help but just looked at me about 3 times and ignored me and kept working. I stood at the register for a very very long time. Finally a regular employee walked up to the register and had the ordasity to say, do you need help! I was floored! The thing is, this happened ((twice)) while visiting this establishment! The first it happened, the had me standing at the register for about 6 minutes while I kept saying excuse me mam, everyone in their ignored me. To add insult to injury, after I was ((finally)) helped a ((white)) couple walked up to the register and was (( immediately)) helped. I don't think people could really understand how they makes a person feel, it made me feel like low and degrading as a person, like I was less than person. Yes I am a african american, and people should know that I am but that's not an excuse to treat someone like that just because they are of another race. I mean i would not of said anything at all but this has happened 2 times to me. The first it happened I called a manager, and the manager apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. I just wanted people to know what my experience was that happened to me twice while going into this store. I think management or whoever should consider carefully who they are hiring into their establishments, because I didn't appreciate being treated like that, I mean I'm a person that loves all people but I guess you can't expect everyone else to...

Read moreUpon entering the Cookie Crumble, I had envisioned a sophisticated establishment adorned with exquisite images of artfully decorated cookies and a display case showcasing a variety of stunning desserts. Instead, I was met with a modest interior and a simple countertop displaying a mere eight cookie options on a cutting board.
In search of a more visually appealing treat, I requested a butterball to be added to the rather basic-looking brownie, which was solely adorned with fudge frosting. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that such customization was against their policy, even when I offered to pay the extra $0.25. This experience left me quite disappointed with the customer service, as the employees did not come across as particularly friendly or accommodating.
Having spent approximately $20 on four cookies and an additional $1 charge for the unembellished brownie, I couldn't help but feel that the overall value did not justify the cost. With no apparent options for special orders or the ability to request past favorites, it's unlikely that I will return to the Cookie Crumble, as I can find similar or even superior options at my local Albertsons. Sadly, I would not recommend this establishment to those seeking a delectable and memorable...
