Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

For the past 8 years—after my husband and I moved into the area—we’ve been frequenting this Domino’s store no less than 3-4 times every MONTH lol. You do the math; that’s a ton of freaking pizza 🤣🍕 So, I think it’s fair to assume that there’s GOT to be something pretty special about this store that we continue coming back every 1-2 weeks for eight years, and why we’ve stubbornly refused to ‘stray’ away to any other local store…even if there happens to be a Domino’s store that’s conveniently located along our route home from someplace. (Yes, for real, this place is THAT GOOD!) One reason that still blows my mind is the fact that as statistically rare as it must be, they’ve managed to NEVER EVER make the slightest mistake with any of our orders. 🤯💯 I admit it, I add a lot of details, add-ons and toppings to our pizzas; but mistakes are going to occur regardless, and should almost be expected every now and then if you ask me, because we’re all human. But this place is extraordinarily effective, accurate, oh so friendly & attentive, detail-oriented, efficient, and best of all, our pizzas come home looking as flawless as they do in commercials lol. Seriously though, I have no idea how they do what they do at this West Town Plaza store, but they’re hands down, in an entirely different, superior league than every/any other pizza shop in Cleveland, OH. Period. 🎲🍕 Now If that doesn’t make you want to immediately order pizza (or anything else from here), I don’t know what will. 🤷🏻‍♀️ P.S. I can’t help but add one last thing: after an especially rough day, or when you’re so exhausted that you’ve got no business operating dangerously hot appliances in order to feed you & your family, I can’t possibly emphasize enough just how much of a relief and a blessing it is to know that you can open up the Domino’s mobile app, get your ideal, perfect pizza ordered in less than 2.5 minutes (yes I actually timed the ordering process before 🤭), and before you know it, you’ll have a mouth watering, fresh, & hot pizza (so fresh out of the oven that the cheese is still bubbling 😳) when you pick it up or when they deliver it. I’m really truly so grateful for the “well oiled machine” that not only saves dinner in my household on such a frequent occasion, but serves it up so deliciously that as I’m eating my last slice, I’m already excited and dreaming about the...

I spent $68 and some change at this place Domino's Pizza on Lorain Westside Cleveland and I left there and I get home I didn't have all my items on my pizza that I paid for I didn't get my sauces that I paid for and I'll call up there they were supposed to gave me a $10 credit and I went back up there to try to use my $10 credit they didn't put it in and the man going to tell me that I haven't been up there since March and I got my proof and I'm going back up there today because I don't have money just to give away we spend that much money on your food you want your food like you order it and for some reason they didn't honor what I ordered and I'm just satisfied about that and then on top of that it takes gas to go up there and get that food from where I live at I went in to order some food and I wasn't satisfied about their services or anything I feel like they robbed me what I ordered was two large pizza that already came with two items and I add more items on my pizza and then I had got the the bread that you dip into the sauce and I didn't get my sauces and I have ordered their chocolate chip brownie cake that was nasty you know I was just dissatisfied all the way around the board because them sauces mean everything in the extra items I order would have made the piece of real good but I didn't even get mine black all ups on there my bell peppers that I ordered they just put on them what they wanted to put on there and I paid all that money I want my $10...

4 years later of being a loyal customer and I still get great service. I have never had any issues with my food. Maybe one time I had to wait a little longer than expected for a carryout order but that was nobody's fault other than I placed an order at a very busy time. The prices have remained fair as well without sacrificing quality. The girl tonight was for my carryout was professional and courteous. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in.

I know it's really hard to keep good employees right now especially in the food service industry, if you're keeping good employees it's probably because you're treating them good and that's appreciated by your customers.

I hope this location recognizes their employees hard work and effort to do a good job.

FAST FAST delivery with online order. About 20 minutes total from the time I placed my order till it was at my door. They have a cool order tracker now for online orders and it was very cute, fun and very accurate. My driver was very friendly and professional too....
