I ordered a pizza for delivery on a Sunday evening and the ETA kept being pushed back. I finally called the store and as soon as it did the order online changed to “delivered”. I went outside and there was no delivery driver or pizza to be seen. I was on hold with the store for an hour until they closed and the call wouldn’t connect anymore. I called the next day and asked for a manager who said it wasn’t his problem and I’d need to talk to the GM. I called on Tuesday and spoke to the GM who couldn’t give me an answer why nobody called me Sunday night if they didn’t have drivers or why I never got my pizza. He offered to refund my order but only gave the price of the pizza and I said I need the tip and delivery charge refunded too. He “refunded” the order and said it would be in my account in 1-2 days. I still did not have my money by Friday so I called again as soon as they opened. I was told the GM came in at 4pm and they would have him call me. I got off work at 10pm and had not been called so I called again. They said the GM wasn’t there and would be in Saturday morning. Read moreI placed an order and n 1-1-25 they forgot my pop . So they gave me a free pizza . I placed my order on 1-2-25 for the free pizza , Alfredo with parm bites , never got my bites . I called the store within 5 mins of my delivery they said they was sending it out with the next driver this was at 11:37am . & 3pm I called again & was told I’d be refunded & the order was coming now . By 7pm I still had nothing . The next shift manager gave me a $30 credit & I placed that credit @ 8pm . By 10pm my order was canceled . I called again & was told the food was under the warmer bc the delivery driver called the wrong # . That he would remake my food & have it sent out to me by 11:15 . I called @ 11:20pm stating I was checking on my order , he answered & left me on hold til 12 midnight & the phone hung up on its own . Absolutely unacceptable ! Just rude . Poor service ! No reason I should’ve had to wait 12 hours...

I then had to call the store to be told the driver didn’t come in until 5pm. I said I wasn’t interested and wanted a full refund immediately. He said it will take 2-3 days and business days no doubt to be refunded. I asked what kind of customer service is Dominos offering, not only did I waste my time ordering online, had to call in when the order was cancelled and now have to follow up to make sure my charge is reversed. He had nothing to say about that. Dominos, do better and don’t allow for a delivery option if you don’t have one at the time of ordering. Nice how you’ll keep my money for 2-3 days. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous and will not be ordering...
