WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I show up and see a lady have a meltdown over waiting for 20 minutes for a coffee. I immediately think she must be overreacting. Little did I know I would also be walking out mad. I waited 20 minutes before I finally got my drink. Then an employee asked me what sandwich I was waiting on to start making it. 25 minutes later they are actually about to start making my food. You have employees walking around with their arms crossed not doing anything behind the counter. I would of asked for my money back but they were in the process of giving someone else their money back and I didn't want to wait another ten minutes just to get that done. I left without my food, without my money, and the coffee that I did get tasted like nothing but syrup and was thrown away immediately. They need to change the staff or have an actual manager there to ensure the daily operations flow as they should. The one on 25th street does not have these issues. Save your time and money and...

This Dunkin’ ’ Donuts is a very good place for food and drinks, other than today. today I ordered a strawberry coconut refresher (LARGE) and within the first 3 sips I tasted something going down my throat and it was not ice, or a boba bead, because I didn’t order anything other than a plain strawberry coconut refresher, since earlier my face has turned red, my throat feels like something is lodged in it and I will definitely be visiting my local doctor to figure out what they did to my drink. it feels like metal. not to mention the woman always working the window ignores the customers and talks to her coworker when the customer pulls up to the window. sad to say such a good place is run down because of their...

I went into the store to get some assorted donuts. The young lady behind the counter was mopping. She stopped what she was doing to grab my box. She did not wash her hands. She took a paper to grab the donuts. I was trying to let it slide because she didn't touch anything with hands without the paper but then she touched the inside of my box with her bare hands that she did not wash after mopping. I explained to her that I had a problem with that and why and she said I normally wash my hands but I just didn't. She should have put that box down and washed get hands and made me a new order. But instead she put those donuts back into their trays which is nasty since they were already exposed to her...
