Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cleveland

Most poorly managed dunkin out there. Maybe even worst coffee shop ever. Clearly does not care about satisfaction of customers. See previous reviews of this exact location. Went with mobile order and asked for iced water. Clear the workers here are programmed "against corporate" policy. They all scramble when you provide that you've had no issues at previous dunkins. Lie when you ask for a manager on duty saying they've left the building and 2 minutes later have "the boss" at the window. Was eventually told I could be charged for a cup of ice and buy a bottle of water if I wanted iced water. To which I reluctantly agreed. Then I was provided iced water at no charge with complete attitude. Apparently it's a liability issue to give me iced water of the same ice that was in my iced coffee and the same water that made my ice. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. Today as I was running to work I decided to stop in a give this Dunkin another shot. I heard they made improvements and it surprised me how much they have changed. Ordered my coffee and the staff was nice. The lady running drive through was fabulous 👌. My coffee was perfect not even bitter (sometimes coffee in restaurants is bitter) will have to see if they keep this level up. If so I will definitely be back. I'm glad I gave them another shot 😌
