Simply Brew Cafe — Restaurant in Cleveland

This was a wonderful place to get coffee and have brunch. The interior is very minimalist but sleek and clean. I loved the decor, plants, and dishware. Great ambiance to also just hang out or study/journal. Service was friendly and timely.

I got the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was delicious, the lavender syrup was perfectly flowery and sweetened. There were so many food options on the menu, it took a while to order because everything looked so good.

I ended up getting the Bruschetta Toast and the Nutella Croissant. My friend had the Acai Bowl and French Toast. The croissant was nice, pastry was large and filled with nutella. I shared with my friend and really liked the Acai bowl. It was presented beautifully and tasted very fresh. The French Toast was smaller than I thought and pretty sweet but good nonetheless.

For me, the star of the show was the Bruschetta Toast. I loved everything about it: from the avocado spread, the soft mozzarella balls, the cute microgreens on top, the cherry tomatoes that add a little acidity, and the balsamic sauce. At first the balsamic smelled strongly of vinegar but it worked so well with all the ingredients, it was not overpowering as I thought. Such a well-balanced dish. I had to end the whole experience with the last bite of toast because everything else was pretty sweet, and it was just that amazing.

I highly recommend this place and I'll be back to try other things...

We didn't know anything had moved into the old Papa Murphys. We happened to google breakfast, and this place popped up. They still do not have a sign up yet. I'm sure it's been built or ordered. The ladies working were sure sweet and hard working. The inside was decorated really cute. It was really the perfect atmosphere. I ordered a London Fog. My husband had a coffee. We each had the breakfast burrito. The burritos were amazing!! The London Fog made to perfection. The coffee hit the spot for my husband. We loved it and will be back!! It was just what we needed. Nothing huge and over filling.

They did have a little bit of a rough patch with new employees not being informed/respectful/trained like any other place does! but they are doing really GREAT now! They are adding NEW gorgeous Greenery Decor touches to the place and it is making it look so much cozy! As well as NEW MENU items that we are all SOOOO EXCITED for!!! 🙌🏼

Employees are literally soooo sweet!!! Always coming up and asking if we need anything or anything they can get for us! Of course during rush hour there isn’t a chance to but as soon as they are free they’re always checking up on us!
