I ordered a Big Jack burger with no mayo and no onions, opting for a large Sprite to wash it down, and I couldn’t resist adding a warm apple pie for dessert. When I finally made it back to the house, I found that the food was warm, but not quite hot enough for my liking, lacking that fresh-out-of-the-kitchen warmth. Unfortunately, the apple pie was disappointingly cold and seemed like it had been sitting around for too long, its once-glorious golden crust now looking a bit dull and stale.

Just pulled up at Jack's, first time there ever. I don't live in town so it's something new to me. I wanted lunch food but the outside menu was still on breakfast. So I had to look at the menu that was closeer to the passenger side. I asked the order taker to give me a min to look over the menu, a few seconds later she asks, "are you ready"? I replied, "I'm still looking at the menu" and then she asks, "do you want a paper menu to look at and then come back to the speaker"? I told her I didn't think it was an issue because I'm the only car in line. She replies, we're on a timer🤔 So basically y'all rush customers to order because y'all are on a time frame? Did it online order fix ASAP then when I checked out it said it had been changed to 1 hour I couldn't get it to change but remember what they had told me before that that's the way it does it but you can pick it up anytime. Went straight to the store mentioned online order she went over to the the little thing and pulled it off and started working on it still took a little while I added mac and cheese she started waiting on the other people before she finished me finally another lady helped me But I can see why it stays so empty and that's so sad cuz I used to go to Jack's all over Alabama before they came...
