Burger King — Restaurant in Cleveland

Drive thru a joke. Sat at order mike for 5 minutes, so I drove around, lady at window told me I didn't make order, so, I had to drive back around and make order. Told her I sat there for 5 minutes. She walked away. ANOTHER lady walks over. I told what I wanted, she told me I did not make order, told her I sat there 5 minutes. Told me I had to drive around to make order. I asked for manager. She asked me what I ordered. Burger King Jr with extra Mayonnaise. Lg Fries, Oreo Shake. She repeated. When I opened bag I took out small fries and asked is this lg fries. She stormed off and brought me Large fries. I checked my burger while she got my fries and it did not have ketchup or mustard no lettuce.Not worth telling her. I left and took bite of burger, it was cold, fries were cold. Terrible...

Horrible experience. There’s a guy manager on duty here in Cleveland, MS. He clearly had an attitude upon taking my order. He refuse to read my order back to me for correctness. Once I made it to the pickup window and checked the order, things weren’t correct and after I told him he huffed and puffed as if he didn’t want correct it. I did not receive a receipt so that I can give his name properly. He was a dark skinned male at the time of 6:30/7 o’clock on the day of June 16, 2020. This is the worst experience I've ever had a fast food restaurant! I've been there about 4 different times and every time I ask for onion rings and every time I get fries! If I wanted fries I would have ask for them and then my double whopper has freaking jalapenos on it and I have severe gastritis so I cant eat it either! So all of my food went in the trash! I cant bring it back because I don't have a car I borrowed someone's and we spent around $30 and they cant even get the order right, ever!
