All I can say is if I was the manager this girl working would have been fired. And I mean immediately. A customer ahead of me simply ordered 2 coffees however his English was challenged. He tried to ask for sugar and this girl, I wouldn't even call her an employee, told him that he didn't put it in his order on the kiosk and said wasn't getting any and walked away. Leaving this customer completely confused. He kept saying sugar and she kept ignoring him. She then started complaining about him to a coworker right in front of the customer. Another employee came to the register and I asked her if she could get this man some sugar because the other girl completely ignored him after saying he wasn't getting any since he didn't put it in his order. And it was quite obvious that the man didn't understand any of that either. The employee I asked got the gentleman his sugar with no problem. Now the girl proceeds to come up to the counter with my order and said order 630 I said that's mine. she pulled it back and said no it's not. this is not your order I showed her my receipt and she set the bag down. Seeing she was frustrated with the previous customer, I tried to offer explanation and reason for the situation. She proceeded to begin the exact same argument with me. Even after trying to tell her if he couldn't understand her then he probably couldn't read English very well either and she should be aware of things like that. She proceeded to shut me up by putting her hand in my face and walked away. That's 3 strikes back to back. She needed an attitude adjustment right then and if I was the shift manager and saw that then it would've been, "clock out, you're done". Read moreI rarely ever take the time to write reviews, but this one is WELL DESERVED! My husband and I just experienced the best, top tier customer service at this McDonald’s tonight (9-4-24). I asked for two of the workers names who were serving us, Destiny & Josephine. They were the kindest, sweetest, and most polite service workers I’ve probably ever met- Both so smiley, friendly, & joyful. It truly makes a remarkable difference to customers when the employees serving you are pleasant & friendly. We frequent multiple McDonald’s locations throughout the city of Cleveland & surrounding suburbs (our McD’s apps could verify this), and I can honestly say this was the best service we’ve ever received. That is why I made sure to ask for their names so that they could be recognized for their amazing work. After writing this Google review, I will be sure to call the # on our receipt to leave another positive review there, as well. They deserve all of the recognition! I know people leave bad reviews all the time when they receive terrible service, and I’m a firm believer in recognizing others when they do well and perform above & beyond. Not only was their customer service incredible, but our food was also hot, fresh, delicious, & perfectly made to order - just as we requested. Read moreMy kids and I love this location.it is right by our house but aside from that the employees are so nice and anytime they have forgotten an item they happily fix it no attitude. Like yest they forgot a cheesburger, i didnt call or goback it was a busy night lol...Welltoday went back ordered cheesburger and jokingly said oh i hope i get my cheesburger today(they r human & i didnt go back somybad)the woman was soooo nice she said i shoulda called i explai ed oh its oki said but i do stillhave reciept...i showed her it and no hesitation i had the cheesburger they had forgotten day prior put inmy bag....and with a smile... All the employees i have ever dealt with at this location have been so sweet nnice .. My kids would rather wait ncome to this locationthen any other one(suburbs included...55th mcds has great food n employees) i get a lil dumbfounded when i hear the term ghetto thrown around because this mcds is not ghetto...and i have never once been made to feel like i was a hassle asking for an item they forgot when i went back..
