McDonald's — Restaurant in Cleveland

It seems this McDonald's has serious issues with timeliness in making orders when you go inside I have waited over 20 minutes on my order inside on more than 3 occasions while the drive through seemed to be getting their orders significantly quicker, and there are almost always issues with almost every order I have gotten here. Order extra onions, get no onions, order no mustard only get mustard etc. the staff are friendly and kind, management seems to care at least on the surface. The dining room is clean, but the inherent issues with producing an incorrect order time and time again are the reason for the low rating. "You had one job" comes to mind and you failed miserably at it although the results are consistent, consistently failing to meet basic expectations. If at all possible I avoid this location and go to the McDonald's in Blairsville or Baldwin.

Updated review after trying again, this is by far the absolute worst location I have been too, my order was taken then dead silence, a minute later my order was taken again, I pulled around paid for my food and pulled up, was promptly asked to pull to a parking spot, given my drink and no straw. After waiting 10 minutes for my food it was brought out, I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with extra onions, there was 8 specs of onion on one and none on the other, I asked the manager who brought it out to please have it remade as it wasn't what I had ordered, and that I needed a straw. 5 minutes later two more double cheeseburgers were brought out with no onions. Oh. my. goodness. How hard is it to make a hamburger? I ordered a 1/4 pounder meal with lettuce, tomato and onion ONLY. First sandwich came out with the paper stuck on the box reading: lettuce, onion and MAYO only. Huh? Can't you hear? I specifically spoke very slowly, repeated myself 3 times. This is all I want on this burger. Took the burger to the counter and the goof that took my order looked at me like I had 2 heads! I said, I told you lettuce, tomato and onions ONLY. He took the sandwich toward the back and yelled out he needed another 1/4 pounder with LETTUCE, TOMATO and ONION only. Someone ask if he needed cheese on it. He said NO. I wait 10 minutes, he gives me the sandwich, I open the box and the sandwich has lettuce, tomato, onions AND CHEESE on it! HELP! He takes the box with the sandwich and says HE will go and make it. The cashier goof who can't hear and took my order. I go sit down to wait, then goof comes out and says, 'Do you want leaf lettuce or shredded?' Oh. my. goodness. I said, it doesn't matter if it's leaf or shredded. Out comes the sandwich and guess what???? Guess???? THE HAMBURGER WAS FINALLY RIGHT? HA HA HA HA HA! We FINALLY were able to eat and leave! (I spoke to a manager and she gave us our money back for that meal. I told her I didn't want the money back, I wanted her to be aware of the fact that her foodies don't know how to make a sandwich...

Stopped in for breakfast on our trip. 5-28-23 at 6:30am. The bathroom trash cans are completely full the sinks in the bathroom are gross. We order our food and my wife asked for a mocha iced coffee which is on the menu. The manager was taking our order she said we don't have mocha??? So she got a different coffee. I went up to get us straws for our drinks the straw dispenser is empty. So I asked the same lady that took our order for 2 straws she very rudely said they over there. I said mam the dispenser is empty. She handed me two straws and said not on the other side it's not. While all this was going on two employees are sitting at a table. A white male and an African American girl. The girl is yelling and screaming the entire time we were in there like she was at home and was a 2 year old. She even jumped up at one point and yelled and ran outside and back in. WOW. Whoever owns this part of the franchise really has alot to work on here. I would be embarrassed to have my name on this place. The people in the back did a good job. They prepared our food quickly and our order was correct.
