I’m going to start this out by saying I’ve worked with food the majority of my life and 9 times out of 10 I understand what it’s like working with food when customers get very angry especially for things we can’t control and simple mistakes that were made. However, they got my order wrong which isn’t a big deal but as I was correcting the order before I paid she called her manager over and the manager was VERY rude and aggressive when I heard her repeat what “I wanted” which was still not correct. The manager saw me and I repeat to the manager for my correct order which I told her what it was again. She said yea I know and shut the window again and I had paid for two other breakfast sandwiches THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND TOLD THEM 3 TIMES What I did want and have been saying to them the whole time. Anyways After hoping they heard me correctly the last time but still very hesitant I pulled up to the next window when they asked me what I had ordered, they still proceeded to give me THE COMPLETE wrong order after. Not only did they give me the wrong order but it was completely cold and the steak on it smelled disgusting to the point I could not eat it (I did not ever at one point ask for steak on any of my breakfast sandwiches) I tried asking other people if they wanted the sandwiches because they were cold and wrong and no one wanted them because they smelt nasty and were cold. This is no joke when I say that this is the WORST Customer service and management I’ve ever seen and/or experienced. I never write reviews but this has been a COMPLETE FAILURE of management and TERRIBLE customer service. I hope they don’t continue to be completely nasty to customers and mess up their orders as bad as they did mine because I guarantee you if you had the same experience that I had, you WOULD NOT be coming back to this location. Would give 0...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience due to unprofessional behavior exhibited by a manager. At 7 AM, I believe it's important to communicate respectfully, and unfortunately, that was not the case. While I strive to empathize with others, the situation I encountered was unacceptable. During our conversation, the manager was chewing food and seemed disengaged, which made it difficult for me to communicate effectively. I was uncertain if she was attempting to conceal that she was eating, as she quickly took a large bite of her sandwich during our conversation. I waited approximately 2-3 minutes for her to finish her sandwich. She made me wait while she made herself coffee. I found it concerning that she repeatedly stated, "I ain't the one, I will go to j4il," which felt inappropriate in a professional setting. I was waiting for her to finish her meal before continuing our discussion, but her behavior became increasingly frustrating. Her repeated remarks and use of terms like "baby i ain’t the one i will go to j4il" were unprofessional and added to my discomfort. All I wanted to know if my order was shown on screen since I paid on the Kiosk. She stomped, stating she worked here for forty year, she’s not the one. Stated she is the best manager McDonald’s has. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I do not plan to return, as the establishment appeared disorganized both inside and outside. Having worked in the fast food industry for fifteen years, I believe that this behavior is not acceptable in a professional...
Read moreI recently became a single mom and don’t have the money to spend on eating out like I used to. Even fast food is a rare occasion. I decided to stop as a treat to get my young son & I dinner. As I drove away I tried a few fries and they were disgusting. Definitely bottom of the barrel. I rarely do this but given the circumstances of literally having to save just to go to McDonald’s, I turned around and went inside. They weren’t rude or anything and said they’ll get me new ones so I stood further to the back thinking it would take a while to get fresh fries. Low and behold moments later they brought the bag out and it’s the same old fries! I didn’t even bother going back. I just went home & me and my little boy had our nuggets and burger without the fries. The reason I’m even posting this is in the off chance that an employee or management sees it and maybe is encouraged to actually go the extra mile for customers. Sometimes people aren’t trying to be rude or difficult. Sometimes people are really struggling and it could be something as simple as some fresh fries from McDonald’s that might make their day a little better. I know that sounds ridiculous but lately I’ve been learning to appreciate the little things in life, even if that’s having a little extra money one week to go to McDonald’s. It just really made me sad because who knows the next time I’ll even be able to get us fast food again and this one time was...
