McDonald's — Restaurant in Cleveland

Went there the girl at th counter was very nice helped me out put my son's food in a ahoot meal box when she didn't have to but my husband went up there and asked for ketchup and the girl was getting yelled at for moving from the register and she was literally just trying to move things along well she was very very upset about and she kinda told my husband she couldn't egt it for him so she called her manager over and the manager asked her what's wrong my husband said I just want ketchup and then the manger huffed and grabbed it and pretty much through it at him well after we ate while we were leaving the girl stopped us and apologized to us because she was sent home like she should of never been sent home that manger needs to be fired for the way he was treating her and this was on Sunday April the 16th at like 9 or 10 am no wonder no fast food places have workers if there being treated this way

I ordered a door dash I called them and the manger straight lied to me stating she already handed out my meal no way because I didn't even have a dasher yet all I wanted was an empty chicken nugget box I wasn't trying to add on or anything I just wanted 4 peice box that's all but whoever answered the phone had an attitude problem I wasn't mad mad because she lied to me or she didn't want to accommodate I was more mad of how her tone was and her assumptions she wasn't listening to anything I said and when did door dashes stop putting names on the order because I worked at donalds and other resturants and the names are alwahs...

I just went through this McDonald’s on Clark and ordered a Spicey crispy chicken sandwich (the one that has the orange pepper sauce) after I get all the way home I see that instead of pepper sauce it’s covered in TARTAR sauce!? So I call up there and tell the manager and she tells me to come back for a replacement so I get to the window and they hand me another sandwich and this time I check it before I leave and this one just has chicken and pickles nothing else! So I wait for the lil black girl to open the window and as I’m telling her it’s still not what I ordered she slams the window in my face! When she opens it again I ask to speak to the manager who answered my phone call ( an old white lady with glasses and gray hair) and I tell her EXACTLY what sandwich I ordered AGAIN and tell her that this replacement sandwich is wrong AGAIN. So the black girl hands me a THIRD sandwich and I check it AGAIN and this time she handed me a completely different sandwich!!! When she opens the window again and I tell her it’s WRONG AGAIN and that it was really rude how she slammed the window in my face SHE DOES IT AGAIN!!!! The absolute WORST SERVICE I have EVER experienced!!! And not once did any of the employees or manager bother to apologize for the trouble I went thru just for ONE SANDWICH!!! Is this really how McDonald’s employees are trained to act?? I’ve worked in a fast food kitchen before and y’all’s job is not that hard ! The disrespect is unacceptable and not worth the time or money...

McDonald's you already know how I feel about you I really didn't want to give you one rating I wanted to give you 0 because it was a time when McDonald's in my favorite restaurant you couldn't cry me for me those I used to love me those the fries were thick they were long they weren't all heart now you go to McDonald's and get these hard crunchy skinny fries where degrees is been filtered one too many times and he did not just filter grease they need to change the grease McDonald's you make too much money change your Grease the food tastes horrible those chicken nuggets are horrible they were better when they were dark meat nuggets they have more flavor to them now y'all got these white meat nuggets that have no flavor they're barely done right and the breakfast eggs I used to love the Egg McMuffin now you can pay me to buy egg McMuffin it just doesn't make any sense to me you need to step your game up McDonald's big time the food is nasty the burgers have no flavor they're very thin have no taste and the employees have very bad attitudes especially your managers cleaning up the bathrooms are very nasty stop at McDonald's stop it you make too much money to be going...
