I am regular customer at Subway 6510 Harvard Ave. on 6-30-2023 one Lady treated me Hell bad and she was rude to me. I went to that store for pick up order. I give her change and said thank you. The lady and her Son( manager Mike) was there , I ask her very nicely what happen to you, why you seeing me so rude and why you talking with me rude?? That lady showing me her finger said get out of the store.And worse she trows the dollars on floor instead handing me back, I went out of the store and I thought what I did wrong , I went back to store and I ask to manager Mike that what happen to you what happen and again that lady started screaming on me like get out of the store. After some time I called to subway store they didn’t receive the call . I called at evening the Manager Mike received that call . I said that lady was very rude to me , I come everyday to the store why she was rude to me. I left the store a few times and came back in so I could take a call as my friend sat there eating. She complained asking us not to stay so I said "but we ordered food?" As another person posted, I had a takeout ordered that was sent to the store, that happened in the app. I live in Florida. When I went to contact the store about it, the google number listed for this location, is the personal number of the franchise owner. They hung up on me and never answered the phone under my florida number. When I made a fake number through a text app with a Cleveland area code they answered. But then stopped. I did a whole background check, and went through various records. Don’t let this store scam you. I don’t know how long they have been doing it, but please don’t be a victim to them.
